“The staff were very friendly an accommodating, even calling the evening before when scheduling breakfast, then calling in the morning to prepare it according to personal requests. The hotel also has a restaurant and convenience store (Luck One Cash ‘N Carry) on premises, and it is conveniently located next to the largest shopping mall in Malawi, with several options for food and general shopping/souvenirs. If you’re staying in Lilongwe and are ok with a comfortable, hospitable, affordable hotel with no frills (had to request soap, toilet paper, and a working TV remote) then Lucky One is a great choice! If I need another hotel in Lilongwe, Lucky One will be my first choice.”
