Great location We spent the morning drinking coffee on the balconies watching the city come to life. We loved the breakfast. It became a highlight each day. Our first choice of accommodation in Oaxaca was already booked. At first we were disappointed and decided to try Siete Balcones. After checking-in to Siete Balcones….we knew we were lucky. Staff are incredibly friendly. We will be back.

Staffs are really kind and helpful to us. Last day they gave us free late check-out so we enjoyed full-day trip, which was very convenient for us. This is the first time I received free late check-out in Mexico. I will visit this hotel again if there is another opportunity to go to Oaxaca.

The hotel is in the heart of Oaxaca City - located close to the zocalo, many markets, cathedrals, shops and museums. The staff was very friendly, helpful and observant. They even celebrated my birthday with a birthday cake, song and decorated our roomm. The holiday (Dia de los Muertos) decorations were very charming. The breakfast is nice and located in the quiet interior courtyard.

The location was perfect, right in the center of town but surprisingly not noisy at all. I ended up getting food poisoning in Oaxaca and was laid up in the hotel room for a full day and the staff was SO kind and helpful! They make a really nice breakfast, and even made a jar of salsa for my fiancé to bring back to CDMX. Above and beyond. Would stay again.

The breakfast was a different selection of bread daily and delicious fruit with a beautiful presentation. All the staff was very helpful, kind and accommodating. Beautiful hotel and rooms, in an excellent location. The bathroom was 11/10!

The only thing and I mean only thing I didn't like was the bed - could have been more comfortable.

The best part was the owner - I got sick half way through our trip and they check on me and my SO during the whole treatment and provided and transportation, incredible.

We stayed for eight days which for us was a long time without access to a refrigerator. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in our room if possible, that might not be something typically done in Oaxaca

We had the continental breakfast with fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice which was terrific. They also served traditional pastries which were not my favorite. The servers at breakfast who also cleaned the rooms wee wonderful, so kind and caring. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless

Breakfast was simple continental; fruit with yogurt and a little granola; coffee or chocolate was offered and orange juice with each breakfast. Rolls were only so-so but then Mexican pastries have never been much to talk about.

Excellent location; within walking distance of almost everything you want to see and do in Oaxaca. Staff was friendly and they even turned down beds at night. Parking only a half block away and even the parking staff was great; easy to get rental car in and out each day for our adventures.

This was a delightful stay in every way! The room was adorable and very spacious. The bed was really comfortable (loveddd the sheets). Bathroom was spacious and great as well with good hot water pressure, they provided a delicious chocolate body scrub and an amazing body butter, which we loved. Breakfast was really good. The balcony was really nice, great spot for people watching - felt very Parisian. Location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. Tons of small thoughtful touches throughout our stay and the staff was just lovely, always willing to help. Would 100% stay here again the next time we're in Oaxaca!!!

Beside the fantastic location (pretty much two blocks from everything)-- service and accommodations at Casa de Siete Balcones will leave you spoiled and wanting more! Every day staff checked in with me to see if I needed anything and to confirm breakfast. They made the bed each day, put fresh flowers in the room, changed out towels, and did bed turn down in the evening. Their breakfast with fruit, yogurt, sweet breads, and coffee or chocolate is a great way to get up and going in the morning! I am also super grateful for the managements help to get a taxi scheduled for a early flight! Can't wait to stay there again!
