It was very basic which is to be expected, however the tap in our room didn’t work and we also had a few visitors (lizard fell out our A/C unit and cockroach was snooping about the bathroom). Our room wasn’t cleaned whilst we were staying despite having a sign on the door. None of these ruined our stay, as we spent more time exploring the island than sitting indoors!

Amazing location right on the beach! Lovely staff who were super helpful with scooter rentals and laundry etc. close to 7/11 and nearby restaurants. It’s a good price in a great location, and perfect for visiting Koh Lanta.

Really I can’t think of anything. Not that it bothered us, at low tide the beach is very rocky. We just swam in the pool.

A great place to just relax. Staff are just lovely. Gardens nice. Two great swimming pools. Restaurant right on the beach. Great value breakfast again right on the beach. Great holiday with children. Location to restaurants and 7 eleven within 100 metres. Arranged all our motorbike hire tours and transfers at the office. All at very competitive prices. We booked for a week and stayed another. A beautiful place.

Housekeeping was only every 2 days, and wasn’t reliable. I had to ask for cleaning. I wish we had our own broom to clean sand away. The hot water didn’t work great. And the air conditioner was on and off working. There is a band stage in a field behind our bungalow and we could hear loud bands playing until late most nights.

The pools were amazing! And being right on the beach was spectacular! The sunsets were glorious! Koh lanta is a beautiful place to stay!

Beach Bungalows? Was a little surprised then to be in a two storey building. The room was dirty, cobwebs, and dust everywhere. The Airconditioner was very, very noisy and prevented a restful night, as it started and stopped throughout the night. There was no TV as advertised. Rather disappointing on whole given the price for other places in Koh Lanta. 8n

Beautiful location on the beach. Nice bar and restaurant at reasonable prices. It's a great place to view the sunset!

The water in the swimming pool is very dirty… My bungalow was supposed to be 30 meter square, obviously was not… Tv didn’t work at arrival, someone came to check but never came back…was supposed to have cable tv

Unfortunately, the pool area didn't look anywhere near as good as the photos with many broken sun loungers that were all very dirty and old. Whilst the bungalow was very clean and we found the cleaners to do a very good job, on the last day we noticed our mattress was mouldy... had we spotted this on the first night, we would have left. Despite all of this, we did still enjoy our stay here, but we ended up staying next door at the Blue Andaman on our return visit a week later, which was much better and we just still used the massage hut at New Beach during our stay as the location with the waves was fantastic.

The massage hut and the bar are the best parts about this place. The massages here are great prices, very good and great to listen to the waves as you relax. All the staff here are also very friendly. The bar has great cocktails and we were even treated to a fire show on one night. The location was also very good.

Didn't like the rocks at the seaside there. When we visited the bar we were given a warm beer so did not go back there. Steep steps up to the bungalow

Liked the chalet. Cleaned each time we handed keys into reception. Nice beach bar at next door property. The pools on the complex were good Reception staff were helpful.

The chairs on the balcony were pretty much on their last four legs, the Wi-Fi worked maybe 8 hours a day, pillows and bed like a rock.
