The grounds, location, room was large with comfortable beds. We were in room #10. Quiet! Even with a family in an adjacent room we didn’t hear anything. Staff was wonderful and helpful. We met the owner and his Sheepdog, Bruno. Coffee and bakery next door with access from the hotel. We did not have a car, but there is parking available. Would definitely stay at this lovely hotel again.

Beautiful property grounds. The staff was so nice and kind. Treated both myself and my dog with such kindness. Centrally located in the city, easy to walk around. I would recommend anyone to stay at this lovely hotel.

Internet is ok unless you need to work. Video calls are not stable. Mornings can be a bit noisy with people in the garden.

The place is great! Our room was huge and very comfortable. They have a nice garden where you can have breakfast from the Coffee shop at the entrance or hang out in the evening. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable . Location is great, just around the corner from the main square.

One draw-back to be aware of - it this is common with this sort of hotel in former large homes - is noise does travel between rooms.

The beds were too firm my liking and my hips. The room that faces the parking lot can get hot at night. I would have wanted a fan to use.

The grounds were beautiful and comfortable. Location was great and the staff very friendly. Rooms very clean and had space to store our belongings. There is a very good restaurant on the property for breakfast.

Glass sliding doors leading to the back are adjacent to the parking lot so there was noise from cars. The doors didn't close completely so there was a large gap in the middle that allowed the noise to come through.

The staff was amazing and super friendly with great knowledge of the area. The room was very pleasant and roomy in space.

We did not have use of a TV for our three nights. There were cable issues in the Town, but also our Smart TV would not connect either.

It has a perfect location in Comitan. It was very clean and had stylish decor.

Super cute boutique hotel AND they accept pets! Great little coffee shop on property. Great parking area. About a half block from the plaza with shopping and good restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if I ever have the opportunity.

What a great hotel. Our room was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. Despite being just off the square, it was very quiet, and the courtyard is lovely. The staff were super nice and so helpful with good suggestions on getting around and finding tours in the area. Casa Delina is a great value and will be my first choice for our next stay in Comitan. The off street parking is a huge bonus if you have rented a car.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful hotel with rooms with attention to detail. The shower was the best we had in Mexico. The parking behind the hotel was super handy. The location is as central as you can get. Would definitely recommend.

we were very happy it is pet friendly and we loved Bruno the hotel dog. all the rooms open onto a beautiful garden courtyard. the decor is modern and cute. it is exceptionally clean and we loved the staff. Hilda and Lupita were so friendly and sweet. it is only a few steps from the centre and there are many restaurants and shops within walking. we also appreciated the secure on site parking.

Privacy of the room was poor since it is on the main courtyard. Walls and windows are not isolated and yo can hear all the noise from neighbors and people walking around.

Location is ideal to visit town.
