Nothing. The first room we were offered did not have opening windows so we much preferred the room we ended up in.

Our room was in the annex across the street. Beautiful unit with a big private garden. We had a wonderful breakfast every morning in the main lobby of the hotel.

On the first day, we were given a room without an external window (although it was supposedly 5 stars hotel) and with a very cold bathroom. Fortunately, on the second day we managed to change the room to another one and remain in a good atmosphere until the end.

Very good hotel, one person spoke good English. Nice staff, very good breakfast. During the owner's birthday, we were invited to the mariachi concert.

Just a fantastic stay and made to feel very welcome. Very friendly staff who helped with making reservations and and excellent recommendation for tour excursions limited as we were with our spanish. Breakfast was fantastic and overall a wonderful stay.

Casa Santa Lucia was a fabulous place to stay. Their attention to detail just made it feel so special. Freddy was extremely helpful with any request we had. Highly recommended.

We mainly loved the attention, the staff was extremely attentive. The food offered at breakfast was great with a five-star service. It was very close to the center so it was very simple come and go at any time. Rooms are spacious and equipped with everything that you might need.

An absolutely gorgeous and quirky hotel where the staff were exceptional and very accommodating to our needs. A fantastic courtyard filled with wonderful things to look at. Food was delicious.

Always appreciate a small refrigerator in our room...would be great if they added one. Also, I like to have a windows that open, for the fresh air and views.

Breakfast was fabulous. Also enjoyed having an employee starting a fire in our fireplace on a chilly night. Wonderful!

We had a fabulous stay. Casa Santa Lucia is so welcoming, charming and the breakfast is delicious. The location is perfect with a short walk to the best restaurants and site seeing. The accommodation is amazing with its local artisanal décor and the most divine toiletries. The staff are so helpful from late night drinks at the bar to preparing a packed lunch for our travels when we left very early in the morning to travel to Oaxaca. The hospitality was excellent and the staff certainly go out of their way to assist and always on hand. I can't wait to return someday.

If staff knew a few of basic english words. But it was fun to communicate with them even with a minimum knowledge of Spanish.

Traditional Mexican tasty breakfast with additional option to choose from. The room was a good size, clean and well serviced every day.

Charming boutique hotel near to the centre of the town. The rooms and the hotel were delightful and the staff were all wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. A great place to stay to enjoy a few days in San Cristobal.

We had the most amazing stay at Casa Santa Lucia. From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel so welcome, and the staff did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as they could. They were helpful, friendly, and added nice touches to make the stay extra special. The location is great and a short walk to the centre and sites. The rooms are amazing, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable, whilst the breakfast is excellent and set in a beautiful room. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all San Cristobal visitors!
