How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Reservation in booking was not good, I was asking for 2 rooms each room with to adults and 2 kid ( at the end Crown plaza solved the issue but they had only for adults. 2 rooms with 2 adults each I separate breakfast for all of us, 8 people in total. But was only for 4 adults. I didn't like they do not care about our kid

I did my reaervation thru Booking for my husband and I and my two girls. By the time we got to the hotel they told me they only have the reservation for two adults and my girls didnt apper on the reservation so I show the the email confirmation were my daughters were inclus and they said no! Thats a problem with BOOKING not with us. So my daughters end it up paying for breakfast because they didnt want to includem on thw reservation at the time. Also when we got to the room the trash cans were full of trash and we didnt have towels.

Please check your lights bulbs very lose. I was sad que Ya no tienen variedad musicos tocando los fin de semana I love that when I came a couple of years ago I know covid changed alot of things but bring it back!!!!! You need a bigger bar area😁

So one of the floors is completely blocked off. They said they were renovating, but twice we got a really chemical smell in the room. The 2nd time we asked to be moved. They didn't hesitate and moved us quickly, I suspect they were spraying for bugs or something.
Perfect location. Everything is in walking distance. Food at the restaurant and service was great. Nice and clean!

No ice on the 9th floor for my entire stay, had to go to the lobby for ice but not a big deal.
Staff is exceptional especially the bellman and doorman. Very well trained and hospitable. Big and well decorated room. Great restaurant. Location is great, plenty of food nearby. Also lots of nightlife in San Pedro, 6 minute drive away.

the speed of the elevator very fast but funny for my kids
all was excellent to my family. the pool, room was confortable and the breakfast was excellent togheter with the lady who attended us at breakfast and great areas to rest in the lobby

No complains about the Hotel.

rooms have only two towels when I travel with family. You get a room of two beds and which is four and only two towels

Shower had to manipulate it to turn it on, had to run it hot with cold off then as it got hot turned on cold just a bit if to much it would become freezing, sink clogged, temperature in the pool area needs more fans, unbearable for infants and toddlers, need more towels and lounge chairs
Safety, view of the mountains, conveniently located 1 block from MicroPlaza, 3 blocks from Subway Station, pool, jacuzzi, excellent food specifically dinner options.

Whe you have an event for outside guests in the hotel restaurant, make sure that your guests are your first priority. Have the event on the side conference rooms and let the main guests use the center room. Dont send your guests to the side rooms and let the outsiders use the main dining room
The hotel met my expectations, i had visited before and it was all i remembered.

There was not a refrigerator in the rooms, which we expected. The bed was not as soft as we like, but we still slept really well. And we were not forced to wear a mask at all in the entire hotel except when we went to breakfast. We did not like that they made us wear a mask when walking into the restaurant and when getting food at the buffet. They really need to stop forcing people to wear them!!! Makes NO sense!
We liked everything about this hotel! Especially the wonderful breakfast buffet! The hotel looked even better than the photos on the website! It was large and beautiful! We loved seeing the incredible view of the mountains outside our room window. The indoor pool was wonderful! The hot tub was huge and not too hot or cold, but perfect temperature. We especially liked the price for this beautiful hotel! It was definitely worth it! We will be staying here next time we go to Monterrey!
