Shower and bath tub water never heated and for 3 nights I took lukewarm showers. The door to the room service return was not very secure and left me feeling unsafe. The ceiling fan above the bed was so loud I couldn’t use it and the patio door was very difficult to open.

Property layout was good, pool and grounds were very well kept.

The food was sub-par at all on-site locations. In addition, the building was in disrepair; many items were broken or not working. The different restaurants were very generic and needed more ambiance. This resort could have been much better. We talked with other guests who said the same thing and said they would never return again. It is too expensive, and there are many better options in that area to stay at this location. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

The food was just average, most of the restaurants boasted of great food but underdelivered. Very bland. Please note that we have been coming to PV for over 20 years totaling 15 times already and stayed at all kinds of All inclusive's for the price we paid after experiencing this past 8 days, paying another $500.00-$1,000.00 for Secrets, Hard Rock Dreams or Eldorado would have been worth it because that's about what we paid for food and drinks outside of the resort.

Dirty, food was beyond gross, TV didn't work in the hotel, hot water was not consistent. So dirty. The bed was uneven, the foot of the bed was about a foot higher than the head of the bed. We did not stay more than 1 night. We checked out the next morning, and still had to pay the full cost of the stay. We booked another hotel that was amazing. Do not go here

If you are looking for a “fun All Inclusive Resort” this is not it. You are Not allowed drinks in the pool at all. No food service at the pool. Half the resort was actually long term condos and the people there mingled at the same pools and they were not looking to have a good time with vacationers. So the pool atmosphere was extremely low key. Staff took our personal and hotel towels when we were gone too long even though everyone was reserving a lounge chair! You MUST line up every morning if you want reservations for dinner. And you will wait a long time if you don’t. They open and shut restaurants all day so you MUST plan your food or you will go hungry in between. The best pool was by the beach and was an infinity pool unfortunately it was the coldest pool and we never got in it! The room was so so however the AC was loud and clacked and eventually the vent screen fell off the ceiling. The shower tile was old and cracked and looked like mold. Every restaurant played extremely loud music. Even during nice dinners.

Our pool side server Gustavo was awesome. Lunch and dinner food was good. Our room had a nice view.

The pictures including the one attached to this survey imply that they are showing the hotel buildings but they are not they are show private residences. This implies the resort is bigger than it is. The partial lake view room had no view at all unless you leaned over the balcony and looked to the left. This is false advertising, when combined with pictures of the resort, left us to pay another $1,000 to get a descent room.

the fact that we had to reserve our restaurant dinners was horrible. I'm comparing it to Playa del Carmen hotels and this is way beneath them. the food was ok but not excellent. The service needs to improve.

When we arrived (3:30pm) the room wasn't ready and the worst thing was the food and the drinks. Could not believe that I couldn't eat a simple chicken broth. They gave me water with rice, pico de Gallo and grilled chicken over... the lasagna I ordered in the Italian restaurant was awful. The room service box was dirty and broken because it didn't close. The drinks, very sweet and no flavor! It was like sugar on ice... Do not recommend it at all!!

The location was great and the view from the room amazing. The beach was also very nice

The following were not good in our opinion: the A/C was deficient, the buffet and all other restaurants were always too hot (expect to sweat while you eat); the rooms were too hot, not enough shade in the pools, management needs to buy more shades; the rooms are showing needs of renovation; WIFI not the best; restaurant staff should be allowed to wear shorts and polo shirts, poor employees were sweating bad; A/C went out for like 12 hours during the day, came back at midnight. Entertainment was light, not good for teenagers.

>The resort never fixed the in-room safe. >We had to keep the suite and patio doors open to get the mildew smell out of the rooms. Keep your slippers on because the bathing area has wood planked floors, cute, but dangerous to your health - our noses were runny until we opened the doors to dry out the rooms. >The Massage Team said we were purchasing an 80 min Session at the 50 minute rate then provided a 50 minute message.

The staff worked very hard, so this rating isn't as bad as it could be.

our room was dirty upon arrival, westjet cancelled flight first day and we still had to pay room fee. Our door to room was out the back of the kitchen so you could smell grease. Only main pool is warm enough to get into, other 2 were freezing. Dont pay extra for ocean view unless they put we on top floor. We paid for ocean view and were on 2nd floor, couldnt see it at all. No I would not go back. Bring your own coffee mugs to cafe , there cups are super tiny.

We enjoyed the food and the service. ( sushi was not good ) It was really close to the beach. Having a hot jet tub on balcony was nice.

Since the moment we checked in to the moment we left, the staff was beyond incredible. We were celebrating our honeymoon. The entire staff knew and made us feel beyond special! Celebrated us every time, no matter where in the hotel we were! Specifically at Brasas restaurant in the hotel; Christian, Salvador and Daniel made sure to makes us feel like we were the only people there and gave exceptional service. At Ventanas restaurant; Joshua, Victoriano and Samuel celebrated us like no other. Their attention to detail was impeccable! Every night we ate dinner they made us feel like we were family. Upon our departure we can say we made long lasting friends, making it harder for us to leave! Kicking myself for not capturing more pictures of our week visit there!
