Swimming pool area was very hot no ventilation system in there for all that chlorine that was in pool area was very hard to breathe in for me to watch children swim. The pool wall on inside had wall pieces chipping off kids were finding them in swimming pool so could use some maintenance work on pool. I had the executive twin room very big not alot of lighting could use some lights on ceiling in main areas otherwise not to bad. My refrigerator did not work, walls could use some painting they were very dingy other than that great room.

Location was great, staff was nice, hotel was well put together downstairs, breakfast was good.

Breakfast options weren’t as good as other Holiday Inn Express hotels I have stayed at, and coffee pot was empty.

Our toilet was leaking and did not work our first of two nights there. Upon notifying housekeeping, they were already aware of the issue, so I don't understand why this room was even available under these circumstances.

When we arrived our toilet was broken and it ran all night long. Husband finally figured out the problem next morning and fixed it. I didnt like that they didn't come in and clean our room while we were gone, our trash was piled high and we didn't have any clean towels so we had to ask the front desk for some.

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great breakfast. Close to several restaurants. Easy on and off interstate.

The night shift front desk staff was very rude. They acted as if they didn't want to be there. I called the front desk and was dismissed by the staff beforemy questionswere answered. Then I called again and they didn't answer. So I had to go to the front desk, only for them to make funny gestures behind my back.

The room was very comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast in the morning was great. The room service attendees were very polite and friendly.

Handicap accessible not really provable because you sit at one end of the tub and the shower nozzle doesn’t even hit you when you sit there and I am not able to stand so I would sit on the bench that was at the back of the tub in the shower nozzle didn’t even hit me in the head I mean the water didn’t even hit me in the head it was just so I didn’t even get to take a shower I had to sit in my wheelchair and lean over the bathtub to get my hair wet so that’s OK didn’t have far to go to get home and actually take a shower but everyone that it was great thank you

The size of the room was very big size the bathroom I was not really happy about and I will tell you more on the next one next question

The only issue we had was the heating unit outside of our room was very noisy. Our room was at the end of the hallway and the noisy unit could be heard while we were in bed.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The location is great because several restaurants are very close.

The pool was cold, had some noisy neighbors, had to keep going to the front desk to have the room key redone. The key card worked to open the door and the pool door but not our room, that was frustrating but we managed to deal with it. The pillows were flat.

The a/c-heater in our room made an odd noise when it kicked on and off. Made it a bit difficult to sleep. The amenities in the shower were basically empty.

We arrived at 5:40pm and our room wasn't ready.. The TV remote would not work to turn the TV on and off. Our room was by the elevator and ice machine, so you heard that all hours.

It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was ok.

Elevator looked like under construction part of tile missing but I had to put the caution sign over it because it was folded up against the wall. And only elevator we could find going up except down the opposite corridors !

They did not even respond to my problem. I was ignored and still required to pay the total fee plus then had to pay the next holiday inn express booking of my choice..

Attempted to cancel my booking and was no refunded my money because they could not switch my hotel to one closer to my event. So I paid for the hotel that I did not even stay at as they would not accommodate my issue.
