That there was only entrance through the front. I could not seem to access the stairwell so I had to use the elevator with my dog.

The Hotel Bar is not really a restaurant and it’s not really a bar. They offer beer, but no mixed drinks. They have tequila, but can’t make a margarita. The free breakfast, was marginal at best, hot food was not hot enough and cold food was not really cold. The quality was lacking and needs a lot of work. The hotel lobby and restaurant area was to hot and was very uncomfortable.

The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Overall the hotel is in good condition.

They gave me a room on the fifth floor and I use a wheelchair!!! Thank GOD there was not any incident which prevented me from using the elevator! Every time I needed to use the bathroom, I had to be carried. The bathroom was small and my wheelchair didn't fit through the door. 😢😢😢

The general environment. It was clean and nice, and the staff was very attentive. The food was delicious, the place has a lot of seats to enjoy the view, take a coffee, and chat.

shower had only one door and water splashed all over the floor makimg it slippery,. staff unwillimg to tmely issue the payment invoice. One month later the same staff asks for documents sent weeks ago.

bigger waters in the room

I stayed at this Inn on my way north four months ago and left a beautiful blanket. On my way back to Merida I checked with the front desk and sure enough, they had it! Now that is amazing. This time I left my Ipad cover and credit cards. Bigger deal, but they emailed me immediately and I think I'll get those back too!

Breakfast was very limited and not up to even a 3 star hotel, but maybe due to covid restrictions. We skipped it entirely. During covid pandemic they did not check the temperature of each guest entering the hotel and is a must in these days.

For the price this is unbeatable value and the best hotel in Villahermosa for sure. Extremely comfortable beds, impressively clean and sealed rooms. Bathroom very nice with all the toilteries. Hot water, good water pressure, very comfortable and quiet A/C. All hallways have carpets so when people walk it stays quiet. Location of this hotel is excellent. Outside parking is very well secured and there are 2 security guys watching your car 24/7. English well spoken by the staff. And there was the best internet we had in all of Mexico and for free. Very fast and strong Wifi. This hotel also made true my special request I had in my booking.

It was a bit of a disappointment that there was no room service. We had to order food and then go downstairs to pick it up ourselves and there was a lot of packaging, plastic and waste involved in the "pick up" process.

We traveled around the state of Chiapas for 3 weeks and decided to drive back to Tuxtla Gutierrez through Villahermosa rather that risk long delays driving through Ocosingo. As such, we were looking for a hotel option that offered maximum comfort and convenience which is what we got at Hampton by Hilton -- extremely cozy beds, maximum cleanliness and COVID protocols, showers with hot water, reliable wifi and cable TV. The complementary breakfast had a variety of choices and the food was of good quality. The dining hall is comfortable.

the "bar/restaurant" was very small with poor selections. also, everything was in spanish, there were no english versions of menus available. wished there was a pool

Breakfast was poor. Reception staff very unfriendly and not helpful at all. We asked for hot water for the baby’s milk and they advised to use the coffee machine which was full of coffee residues!
