It needs an update. If your want AC (which you don't really need) or heating they do not have this.

It is a classic older hotel but still has a lot of charm. Beautifully located overlooking the ocean. Great food and the staff works hard to ensure you have a great stay. Rooms all have ocean views and the pool area is fantastic.

It wasn't breakfast buffet, just eggs with sausage. But, they did let us pick other items on menu and just pay price difference.

Beds seemed very old and uncomfortable, they squeek when you move and some craddle in the middle. The pipes in bathroom smell like sewer very bad and its very gross when brushing teeth. Gaps on the door let some of the main road's noise in. But that to me was a minor thing as I used my earplugs.

Location was great, the gardens and all outdoor amenities were beautiful!, decor is beautiful. All Staff was amazing.

No key for the glass door to the pool, needed to exit by the front door and go around if wanted to lock up our room. No repairs/renovations such as: rock' stairs to the beach missing, and no panels, rails or fence for assistance/protection when going down. Towels were clean but old, really thin. The corner room we got didn't have a terrace, as mentioned in the add. Some of the acrylic panels around the pool were missing.

The view is fantastic, the facility is clean, the food is excellent, and the staff is great.

Honestly everything was pretty perfect, except the noise from the highway in our standard room. The walls were very thin. We had a family member stay in a juinor suite. It was very roomy with more amenities and much quieter. If you have the $$ I'd stay in one.

The view from our standard room was amazing! It's a very pretty property. The pools were nice sized and the smaller one was heated + great for little ones. Both restaurants were very good. The breakfast that is included is substantial. It's outside of the city so it's fairly quiet.

It was very cold and there was no heater. Also the water in the shower was not hot. It was just a little warm. Towels need to be upgraded. Si di signal is week.

This hotel actually has some pretty bad reviews on Google and I realized that only after I made my booking. I tried to cancel but it wasn't possible so we decided to go anyway. The hotel didn't disappoint. The room we stayed in, 106, was simple, but clean, comfortable, had hot water and wifi (despite what some reviews said). Staff was professional. The included breakfast was great and the restaurant is at a great location right on the beach. They have a small private sandy beach as well and an amazing bar at the top of a rock. All rooms seem to have ocean view. Parking is easy. The pool looked clean, but not very attractive nex to the parking. The hot tub was clean but cold. The place could use some touch ups, but it didn't look as run down as some reviews suggest.

I could use a bigger pillow/ extra pillows. An extra blanket in the closet would have been nice (we visit during cold weather). A blow-dryer in the restroom would be a great feature.

The view is spectacular! The mexican breakfast is delicious. The room is conformable. I liked the toiletries.

Elevated platform bed VERY DANGEROUS. This feature needs to be removed to improve safety and create more space. Also took 10 minutes running water to get hot enough to bathe.
