You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location. Spacious. Got great offer with ski passes. We could reach ski lift in 5 minutes walking with ski shoes. Supermarket around corner. Thermal bath close by. Enjoyed two bathrooms as it made life easier.

Very good location near the cable car station. The place is near main street but quite silent, up to the forest. The only sound is birds' singing. The appartment is fully equipped na comfortable. A parking place can fit even up two cars. A big terrace ahead is also a pro. The personnel is good including building service (chek-in/check-out) and reservation management (we needed addtional days and got them). Also the town is good for summer moutain hikers. Icluded Carinthia card allows to use services, visit attractions free of extra charge (cable lifts, museums, wildlife parks).

United KingdomThe floor was a little bit dirty, but we have got a hoover and could clean it. It hasn’t got a washing machine and we had to pay a 100EUR final cleaning fee.
It was on a great location, it was big and spacious. The owner was helpful and we could reach them 24/7. The kitchen was well equipped.

Very good location of accommodation. Parking for two cars was perfect. Basement for bicycles. Kitchen well equipped, only missed cutting or chopping board.

IsraelPlace was not clean enough. Poor value for money. We stayed for 11 nights and they did not replace towels or sheets or clean even once, which we fully expect for the price we paid. Mattress’s were very stiff and uncomfortable.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is also very well equipped. The location is also great, the ski slope is very close (through a short path through the forest in front of the apartment. This place is above expectations, I can't recommend it enough. I would happily return in the future.
