I appreciated quiet location away from the noise of the main pedestrian avenue. It's close to the beach and many nice cafes and restaurants around. There is a small pool but it was raining so I didn't get to use it.

Great hotel with a very friendly and helpful reception. It has a shared full equiped kitchen by the pool so great to have a home made meal. The rooms also have a small bar fridge.

The staff is the best! Night manager went above and beyond to help us with small medical emergency and was very helpful and kind 🙏 The place is very quiet and yet next to the 5th avenue and the beach. We loved the place! Highly recommend 👍

The pool area is gorgeous, lush and green and a great place to chill out - but the water is very cold.

We stayed here once before and returned for a couple of days on this trip before meeting family at another location. Such a lovely and quaint hotel, perfect location, and our kids loved feeding the turtles! The little balcony in our room was ideal as a little reading spot. Really friendly staff too who helped us with getting some emergency laundry done when we arrived after a very rough journey from London. I also loved that we could reuse/fill up water bottles and the coffee shop across the street serves excellent coffee too.

The reception communication was helpful but I didn't realize there were so many instructions to be passed on. I came in late. Too bad some of the info isn't already in booking.com to help shorten the check-in time

I needed to get to the bus terminal early and this made it super easy to arrive on time. The lobby, room and hallway has a massage oil smell that was very pleasant and relaxing to check-in with. The pool created an awesome vibe with the blinking neon lights like an oasis

If I could go back and change something on my booking, it would be the option of removing breakfast, not because was bad, not because it was expensive, but only because there were so many other nice spots where we could have had breakfast around the area.

We were looking for a quieter area which was considerably difficult to find in Playa del Carmen, but this place met our main criteria Also, size of the room, location, area, bed very comfortable, were all very good points to highlight.

I stayed here for 9 nights and had no issues at all. It's small, quite basic but good value hotel in a great location. It was great to have a fridge in the room for cold drinks. The shared kitchen outside is a novel idea I have never come across before and I saw people making use of it. I only used it to cut up some fruit I'd bought. The pool was lovely. I used it a few times. The location is just great, it's literally about 5 minutes walk to the beach and 5th Avenue, if that. Shops and restaurants on the doorstep. I did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that.

Soap dispenser wad broken and was not fixed. Was given a soap on the third night. Need more power outlets for charging. Lights can only be controlled on one side of the bed. Price was higher than hotels at nearby locations. Door to the patio is loose.

Location is good. Kitchen in the common area. Coffee available until noon. Drinking water available all day. Friendly staffs.

No breakfast but there are plenty places nearby.

Spacious room with small balcony. Close to beach but far enough off the main drag to be quiet. The pool was clean and refreshing. I liked that they provided filtered water and reusable mugs (not disposable). I also liked the turtles that live in the pool in the lobby.

DONT THINK TWICE THIS iS PERFECT! Spacious room with terrace facing the pool , the pool it’s quite good size , it has a kitchen cantone which is great as supermarket are 5min walk! So perfect for a break from beach and cook some food . The staff were fantastic , Miguel and Victor where very friendly and helpful with our questions. They offer free water , and coffe and tea on the morning . The 5a avenida is right there but far enough to don’t hear noises at night, the port it’s 5min walk . REALLY the location is perfect! There’s a little piazza near the hotel where 711 is and there you can get nice street food for under £5!

My room was a little noisy. Not enough to bother me, but worth mentioning.

The staff is friendly, always willing to help. The hotel is clean, nice pool, well located. You get an excellent value for your money.
