The staff at the gate was very friendly and helpful, but we sometimes felt a bit pressured (i know bit part of their salary are tips.. but still)

The hotel looks great, rooms are very spacious, beds super comfortable, everything in the hotel is sparking clean, and with a special decoration and style. The staff was very friendly... only point for improvement would be their knowledge of the way booking.com works and how to handle this with customer. We also loved the surroundings which has a lot of green areas to walk around.

A very nice hotel set just off the main road in quiet surroundings. Perfectly located for our needs. Service was excellent and all the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The restaurant was very good. Pet friendly and with secure parking.

The bed was a little hard, but i guest it's good for a bad back.

Very nice, no issues with our stay. The only thing is the chest drawers had a very strong wood odor, so we did not use the drawers. Walmart is next door. The staff was great.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, super friendly staff, the servers in the restaurants were very accommodative and made a special dish for me as I'm vegan and there were no options on the menu. It was also my friend's birthday, they brought him a special dessert with a candle which was a lovely surprise. Highly recommend!

They took longer than I would have liked to give us our rooms, I understand that given the circumstances it is important to take the time to be cautious and safe, good thing is it was Saturday and an Organic Market is set up practically next door so had a way to get distracted, another thing I didn't like is that the toilet door is made of glass and it has two huge gaps top and bottom, sort of how they look at a mall or restaurant giving you zero privacy, it's only good for when you're staying alone.

The hotel has a great location and I can't believe we paid such a low rate for what we got. I loved that they make you feel extremely safe, there's seals on the doors indicating that your room has been recently sanitized and when you get in, you can tell they actually did that. The service overall was over the top, everyone was super nice and helpful, I noticed that they're pet friendly and the receptionist asked me if I wanted more information and pulled a flyer that answered all my questions, I didn't bring my dog but I think it is a great option for someone that would like to take their dog on their trip, especially since they have a lot of private/safe green areas in and around the hotel so taking your dog for a walk at any point seems rather easy, I also noticed how easy would be to work there because the rooms have a good sized desk with a comfortable chair and WiFi. The rooms sizes and facilities were great.

The property is next to the river, which is polluted and smelled like a raw sewer. Some days the stench was almost unbearable, some days hardly noticeable, but it was a constant factor in our stay.

The 'full American breakfast' was either 2 eggs on their own on a plate OR a bowl of museli. It seemed to be that this limited breakfast was only applied to booking.com guests as other guests were allowed a normal breakfast including toast, bacon etc. Since you pay the full price for breakfast in addition to the room rate it feels a bit fraudulent and certainly does not make you feel welcome. Had to change room as there is not really any soundproofing between rooms, moved to a much quieter room in the end though. Also, our own fault for leaving it out, but some money went missing from our room.

After a checking in process that seemed unduly problematic, the staff went out of their way to be polite and helpful and make our stay very comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious and the foyer and grounds were well maintained and well designed. My Mum had some extra requests for her stay as she had just come from hospital and was recuperating and they did their best to meet all requests. Checking out was great and staff were very helpful after I misplaced my passport.
