There was never a big yoga class as seen on photos when I was there.

The view of the upper rooms was just insane. In general the rooms were very tastefully decorated. On top it was very quiet. Everything felt high quality. It was better than on the photos.

One thing I would be aware of is that, at least our room, did not have AC if you are traveling the hottest months. That being said, Mazunte is not really a place to expect that…

This hotel is an absolute gem. I almost conflicted to give it such a great review because I selfishly want to keep it as a hidden gem. The staff were beyond helpful. The breakfast was plenty of delicious food and the restaurant atmosphere is incredible. Anyone that has a gripe is being a Karen.

It's not located on the beachfront, it's not even 40 m away, it's around 3-5 min walk up the stairs across the main road. also, not all the room have a sea view which is quite disappointing

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Coffee/tea, a fruit bowl and a small cookie or bread. They have a menu where you can choose from but you have to pay extra for it. We ordered the banana/cinnamon pancakes who were really good. For the price of the room I think it would be fair if guests can choose one dish from the breakfast menu, as all the dishes are shareable.

The room is beautiful, the view from the balcony is stunning (we we’re staying in room number 9 on the upper floor). The staff is really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Julio who arranged a special breakfast for my wife when she got a food poisoning. Communication is easy and quick via WhatsApp. Before arrival they will already send you a list with tips. There are nice amenities in the room, included a aftersun. We will miss the calmness and the sound of the waves during the night. Definitely come back to this place.

There was nothing not to like

There are no doors on the bathroom

Beautiful contemporary design and good location - quiet but a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Rooms all have nice terraces with great views towards the sea. The concierge were very helpful and had excellent recommendations.

The breakfast. It was suppose to be included in the reservation but it contain only couple of fruit and a biscuit. For the price, we expected something more generous.

Breakfast was lovely, although we felt that it could have been better with the addition of eggs or something else. The fruit portion was quite small and the chocolate croissant (albeit delicious) was not what we wanted to eat on a daily basis. Therefore a revision of breakfast would be ideal!

The location, ecological ethos and staff were all excellent. Our room was tasteful and extremely comfortable. We loved the atmosphere, and will certainly be back! The coffee is the best we have ever tasted, and our couples' massage was incredible.

This property is wonderful -- all the rooms have outstanding views, and the decor is simple and elegant. The restaurant is delicious and the hotel is located within a 10 minute walk to the beach. The restroom was awful.

great location, superb design. only a couple pf details regarding the restroom. no door, really? why? shower, no door or something to cover the splash outside the bathroom. Great Food, super friendly staff. it’s best if you don’t bring your car at all. use a cab or bikes.
