  “The staff were super accommodating and kind, plus the sun bed area on the beach was the best along the beach. Very enjoyable. Sadly the room was not as expected and super dark because had to keep the wooden shutters closed as were directly on the road. Would recommend thoroughly checking the room type you get to avoid disappointment.”

  “The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has a wonderful view overseeing San Agustinillo's bay. It is enclaved in the middle of nature, which immediately immerses you in a zen, and relaxing ambiance. While we were there, all of the guests were respectful towards the nature and the other guests. Making it a relaxing experience. The personnel at the hotel is also outstanding. Very kind, proactive, and respectful. We would also like to mention that the pool was an exceptional experience. Very relaxing and recharging.”

  “Great view on the ocean and only 3 mn walk to the beach. Our kids enjoyed the pool a lot. Our family room was simple and charming. The restaurant doesn't open in the afternoon but we felt we had a private chef because we were planning what we wanted to eat for breakfast and lunch with him for the next day... and it was always delicious! Very nice staff.”

  “Zazil retreat is situated on a magical location. The room was amazing and the views were stunning. In the evening you can hear only the sound of the ocean. The breakfast was simple but very tasty. This accommodation exceeded my expectations and I wish I could have stayed there longer!”
