The hotel is narrow and feels dark and pokey. The rooms are small and lack a homely feel. Neither where they bright or otherwise inviting. I would recommend staying slightly outside the historic centre. There's plenty of choice within a 5 minute walk. That way you avoid the traffic (difficult to get in and out of the centre) and the noise.

Good location, friendly staff and all round good value for money, The breakfast is basic but acceptable. If you want to stay in the historic centre this is an excellent choice. Best used for as a base. Not a lot of frills.

Smiling, kind, helpful staff - at every level. A beautiful, fresh, appetizing buffet breakfast. Wonderfully clean room. A comfy lobby for sitting with friends and a bottle of wine from the bar. Walking distance to terrific restaurants and tourist sites (Templo Mayor, Cathedral, Bellas Artes, etc.) I stayed two weeks in 2023, and 6 days in 2024 -- consistently outstanding.

We chose a room with one double bed. The room is very small, lacks closet space, drawers, and bathroom shelfs.

The staff excelled in helpfulness guiding to the use of public transportation, restaurants, museums. The breakfast room is a delightful bright space serving a fresh variety of food and juices. The location is excellent for walking around the Zocalo.

Friendly and welcoming staff. There was even a little sweet bar when we arrived which we could take some sweets from which was great while we ran back out to explore. We were only there for 1 night. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Felt well rested.

I liked everything!

It is located in the center of the city just two blocks away from the Zocalo, a few blocks away from El Templo Mayor, the Cathedral, and El Palacio de Bellas Artes among many others. The historical center is vibrant and well guarded. I felt very safe! I should also mention that their breakfast is great!

The restaurant was noticeably warmer in temperature than the lobby and room and somewhat uncomfortable (not sure if the AC was working effectively or if the thermostat was set too high). In addition, the bar was closed for the Easter weekend.

Excellent location, very nice facility. The room was comfortable but small. The bathroom was modern and spacious.

It is such a convenient location and surprisingly quiet for such a busy area. It is like an oasis among the chaos. The staff was more than helpful and amicable. I look forward tomato g there again soon

Housekeeping erratic. Some days they forgot to replace towels, another day didn’t make up the room until we returned late afternoon. Rooms had no storage space to put more than one suitcase and tiny closet. Coffee machines didn’t work at breakfast buffet.

Excellent breakfast. Great location. Comfortable bed, good bedding.

Random cleaning hours / could use some more coffee capsules / Biggest negative: it was noisy, not enough soundproofing. Maybe because my room was on the street side ? I don’t know… but I could definitely hear the garbage trucks, the police buses and generally everything.
