The balcony doors didn’t fully close so the mosquitos do get in at night. Just use lots of repellant and cover yourself with sheets.

Amazing room with sea view. The balcony with swinging day bed was amazing. The hotel has a lovely restaurant and pool with day music.

Point by point: • The location is fabulous: right on the beach, and away from the noisy part of Zipolite, but only a five minute walk to the main street. • The rooms are great and well looked after. There was no hairdryer, but it's quite useless there because of the humidity anyway. • The staff is attentive and helpful, but not everyone speaks english (was never a problem) • In general: one of the best clothing-optional places we ever stayed at!

My only critique was the shower. The water kept going into the entire bathroom since there was no barrier to stop the shower water from leaking out.

The balcony, pool, beachfront location and staff were exceptional. Was not very busy during early Dec which was a plus. LGBT friendly location.

Toilets are open air, so if you stink ... you will stink up your room. They shut off your AC if they clean your room and it's hottt when you get back to your room.

Expensive from what it is. Could not even give a cushion for the hard wood beds on the beach because they could not be removed from the beds close to the pool. Some bed bugs which don't bite but that's something that we learned over.

The staff is helpful and nice. Food is well served and diverse.

The place is beautiful, not many rooms, attentive-professional-friendly personnel, good food and breath-taking views. Got the idea?... Even that there were some spots under construction, this didn't demeritate our experience at all. We deeply enjoyed it.

This was bachelorette Mexico trash location. Doing adult film on balconies and at pool. DO NOT STAY HERE IF GAY!

They should have told us they were filming adult straight nude photography the entire weekend. Just camera and female adult porn actresses all weekend. DO NOT STAY HERE IF GAY.

They play this very loud house music all day, even though it scares away the guests. The rooms are under furnished, and the hot water is kind of sketchy. The hotel was very empty and most of the guest who I met left while the music was pounding all day. With a couple of finishes and maybe a manager who recognized that this is not a nightclub but a hotel that has really beautiful views and a chill vibe the rooms might’ve been full all week and the pool might’ve been occupied by lots of guests.

Booking.com sent me eMail stating we had access to meal packages but the restaurant and staff said they have never had such thing. Staff got upset and mad at me when I asked for a glass of water. One of them even laughed at my face saying I should have ordered some real drink with alcohol or fruit I spent a lot of money prior to that both on alcoholic drinks and food I just wanted a glass of water. I asked 3 different waiters and none got the water. I told this to Perla or Karen the cashier and also laughed at me. She refused 4 times to give me a receipt of what I was paying for. She even said they do not do that (receipts). Selling something at an established business and not providing a receipt is considered illegal in Mexico. She also refused to get management involved. I am reporting to PROFECO and SAT for a tax evasion research and customer mistreat. We went out searching for better options to eat and better options to stay next time. Rooms were good but because of that awful experience I am never coming back. There are better ways to waste money out there.
