- I was assigned a room that had not been cleaned (bed was not made, the complimentary water bottles were emptied, the thrascan was filled, etc. Disgusting!) - My new room was quite good, but the sewage smell that emerged in the night was very bad. - The mattresses of my bed were way too soft for my linking - You hear everything that happens in neighboring rooms. Not good for getting a good night's sleep.

Mouldy walls and dirty worn out AC unit, definitely got a feel that it hasn’t been updated or deep cleaned in years; sooo much humidity in the room. Keys would stop working on a daily basis. Restaurant staff seemed lost although food was good.

The room was very basic, no frills a bit like a motel. Fine for a stop over but I wouldn't choose to stay longer.

Right next to the ADO so great for a nights stay. The hotel pool looked nice (didn't have a chance to use it). Bedroom was clean, hot water and the basic facilities needed. Cheap and simple.

There were no face cloths and the toilet leaked. Towels looked very ragged and pillows were very lumpy and poor .

Sheets were a little worn and pillows a little lumpy and there were a few ants in the room but otherwise it was quiet and a good overnight pitstop for a next-morning bus.

Perfect for an overnight stay with bus transits. I flew into Cancun in the evening and had an early bus the next morning. This was the perfect place to stay with the bus station right across the road. It was very safe and clean and the staff were warm and friendly. You could have a dip in the pool if you want to. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful (above expectations). There was a 7/11 next door for bus snacks and a great fresh and cheap taco place place a couple of doors down.

I didn't like that I couldn't connect to wifi in my. room. I had to go out in the hall to get a connection. Also, my phone didn't work.

I like that the hotel was right across the street from the bus station. I traveled from Merida to Cancun by bus and I needed an easy transition since I am handicaapped. The attendant at the bus station just carried my luggage across the street. Easy.

The hotel is getting a bit shabby. It needs a bit of an update.

The hotel is downtown, right across from ADO, so perfect if you need to travel to the airport or are going on from Cancun. Also, the staff is exceptionally friendly, especially the waiters in the dining room.

The ideal hotel if you are arriving at or departing from the ADO Bus station which is literally across the road 50m away. A good value breakfast served in a pleasant dining room with peacocks wandering around.

Hotel is conveniently located next to the ADO bus station where bus from airport arrives. Thanks to 24h open reception we could check-in past 22:00 and continue our trip next day from ADO bus station. Hotel was good value for the money with friendly staff and chilled vibes.

The place is a bit dated. I have to say that the tiles in the room and down by the pool and in public walking areas are slicker than ice in the prairie sunshine when the tiles are wet. I mean - I have never been on such slippery tiles. Also, skip the breakfast; since when is sausages replaced with hotdogs okay?

This place is best used the night after you fly in or the night before you fly out. This facility is right across the road from the bus station. This makes the place ideal IF you are using the bus station to go on further after landing at Cancun International. Otherwise, it is a clean enough area with lots of food options.
