The first day, after paying for the 3rd person in a room, I asked for a 3rd bottle of water. The answer was: this is a gratitude we give only 2 bottles. I paid about USD 180.00 A bottle is about less than 1 USD.

The hotel is partially under modernization, it will be looking very modern in a few months. Restaurants are really good, the Italien excellent. Staff is very kind and assisting, we got late checkout which was very important for us. Swimming pools are good and nice. Rooms are fine, currently old-fashioned

We were visiting Princess Mundo several times in the last 5 years. Service is getting worse, facilities getting older, the slide at the pool is nearly unusable by now. Wheather the rooms are pretty clean, the facilities are really old now and we had mold on the roof in our bathroom. Also the Beachtowels are in a horrible condition. They are stained and dirty. Breakfast is very good as always, Service depends on the waiter you get, we were really lucky once, the other day it wasnt that good. In my opinion, there are many hotels in mexico which are in a better condition and cost less.

The faucets did have a drip and are dated, The room AC doesn’t get as cold as I prefer but is still adequately refreshing compared to outdoor ambient. More options for convenience items would be nice . In room refrigerator would be nice , had to keep refrigerated medication on ice.

Even though the property is older it is obvious much pride is taken to keep it clean and make sure all amenities are operable.

property looks old in some areas. only one restaurant opened at a time, food is not great and is expensive. showers from beach not working. pool bar service slow.

Bartenders aren’t so nice, their faces are like they don’t want to provide service, however waiters are very kind and helpful. Front desk service is nice and helpful as well. I was in a all inclusive but some cocktails aren’t included. Time for all inclusive beverages with alcohol finishes until 11pm, did not like it so much I would recommend it to make it until 1am.

Facilities are very well. Pools are clean and big. Beach club is big and comfortable. Restaurants are excellent, food is delicious. Beverages are nice, but need to improve. Price very well for all inclusive.

The elevator doors close and hit me and my wife 2 times and we witnessed a small girl also get hit. The elevator doors need to be fixed

We stayed with children at this hotel several times. Every time we enjoyed it. The food was great, the rooms are clean.

The hotel doesn't allow to enter coolers in the room, but they allow it in the beach. It was complicated to keep it in the car with the sun, and with beverages

We booked two rooms in one of the towers, they put us in a different tower 9 levels apart. Took us 45 minutes to get on the same floor. Seems like this should be addressed.

Waiting at breakfast was terrible. The elevators were a complete nightmare, and the fact that my room didn't have a mini fridge was really bad.

The staff was great, food and drinks were amazing. The pool and beach were excellent too.

This resort is lacking of activities for kids, only swimming pools and beach access

The staff was nice, I asked for two connected rooms during the booking, they couldn't give me that but they gave me two rooms next to each one. Imperial tower has refurbished rooms but more expensive, pyramid tower still has very old rooms But overall I was satisfied and the family enjoyed.
