Bugs in the bathroom, dead bugs on my cover, no way to turn off the ice maker so it produced ice all night. Don’t waste your time getting up for breakfast, the fruit was old, not many options, watery oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, pork sausage, toast , cereal and yogurt.

The amount of space, the two separate rooms and bathrooms, fairly clean. The hotel was very quiet and parking was easy. Very close to freeways, gas stations, and a few food spots.

When checking in Friday night, the lady at the front desk said she could not check us in because my name was not on the booking even though I was showing her it was. She argued with me that she couldn't check me because my name was not on the reservation when my name was clearly on there.

There were ants and spiders on the king side of the room . The hot tub was closed until my last day. The pool was dirty on the first day I went to swim but some maintenance guy had come after 10 minutes to clean it which he said would take 30minutes but after I waited and he was done he said it would be another 30 before we could get in so I wasted my time and left. The keys demagnetized easily so I had to continue going to the front to get them recharged. The hot Breakfast was good the first day but the next couple days were just okay. Hard biscuits and untasty sausage on one occasion. The fridge in the room also had broken shelves and cracked drawers. Washers were stinky and moldy.

The maintenance man at night was nice and opened up the spa. He helped me get into the room since my card kept demagnetizing. He was very helpful. Security at night was also nice.

i had a small problem with the breakfast because you were missing some main items.....your picture had bacon and sausage and there was no bacon or sausage available...the rest of the breakfast was really good though

First night, we realized that the bath was clogged horribly. Maintenance was great at fixing it quickly. Then, one of the burners on the stove didn't work at all, and the other worked when it wanted to. The trash cans are about the size of a toddlers shoe box. And some of the outlets didn't work.

The gal that checked us in & out was extremely nice! The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Anything we needed, they were able to get in a timely manner. The room was very spacious and cozy. I'm glad the room was equipped with cooking utensils and a regular size fridge.

It was not a thing I did not like. I liked it a lot and like I mentioned before I would love to stay again in this place again and recommended to others.

Location and staff was very nice and friendly. Room was very nice and clean. I will love to stay again for a whole weekend just to relax and enjoy reading and quietness

Handicap parking is very bad. there are two vehicles parked in the first 2 spaces, closest to the entrance. That appear to be there long term. One is very dirty the other parked on the wheel chair ramp and early blocking the parking space. I told the desk. Not like they cared. I am 78 year old 100% disabled veteran, using a walker and bilateral leg braces. they gave me the farthest room from the lobby... Very difficult on me You have to wait at the desk, because the employee is busy reading or watching a movie in the office. Not much help especially after 4. She made it seem like we were a bother

A little pricy for my traveling stays. Also they put me on a "list" for extra towels the first night and they never got delivered.

Your staff were very rude non professional I was very upset by them im handicapped and have heart conditions they accused me and my guests of funding an illegal substance in the room honestly im thinking of sueing you for slander and defimation of character im not pleased at all I spent a large amount of money there only to be treated like this its not acceptable

Woke up at 5am to kids or someone jumping from chairs to couch to chair again. Called customer service, noise never stopped 😒 checked out at 12 and noise was still going. Also only 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people🧐

Stay here for a soccer tournament, like that the room was spacious. Staff was friendly and care to our service.
