Clean, variety of food, good location!!

I stayed in the farthest room from the reception, ground level, but my wifi was spotty and non-existent in some moments and I had to walk outside to make calls or work on my computer. I did mention this to the owner so hopefully he can fix that because these days, wifi is paramount! Also in the past there have been issues getting hot water for the shower so they tend to be luke-warm at most. Othewrwise I would recommend this hotel to anyone who goes to Huatulco!

I travel to Huatulco for work 1-2 times/year and I always stay at Quinta Bella since the location cannot be beat and I over they years have gotten to know some of the staff including the owner who is always very welcoming!

WiFi was not reliable or strong! Linens were old. Air conditioning woke us in the night with a lot of noise sometimes

Pool was great. View incredible. Choice of restaurants fantastic and wonderful food and service. Close to La Crucecita town. Friendly staff and not too big. Close to beach and Santa Cruz

Beds are not as comfortable but we could see them switching out a large number of them throughout the week. Water is not potable but you get daily water bottles at no charge.

Clean, centrally located to all the beaches and the town. Safe. Lots of wonderful food options onsite if you choose to stay close. Two pools that did not feel busy. No mad dash for pool side chairs in the morning.

The nightly entertainment they have is very loud. Makes it difficult to sleep if you have an early bedtime schedule

While we were there we were interrupted by a kids birthday party and a Tupperware convention. Not sure if I liked the day passes of others coming to pool area that we paid for. Pool chairs as well as balcony chairs are very uncomfortable and new towels are needed.

The location was great for walking into town & Santa Cruz. The pool needed alittle more filtration during the day. The view of the beach is great but wish water wasn’t so rough.

Pool and eatting establishements were excellent. Pool service, drinks and fish tacos were great! We went on a fishing trip and the Rustico prepared out fish in 3 different ways and exceeded our expentations!

The facility is getting a bit run down, the mirror in the bathroom was silvering. Our bedsheets and towels definably needed upgrading.

Location was good, restaurants on site were very good. The pool yard is lovely. Access to beach was great. Entertainment on the beach was a nice touch. It felt very secure.

No refrigerator in room. The deck chairs on the patio of the room were very uncomfortable and the lounge chairs around the pools were uncomfortable

The mattress, pillows, and sheets need to be updated. We had three different rooms and the pillows, mattress, and sheets were terrible in each room. The signs about not being able to bring any outside food or drink into the resort were insulting. We have never seen this before.

Beautiful pool, the food was excellent, the location is excellent. The front staff was very nice.

Unfortunately our air conditioner didn’t work for two days and our room was 32 degrees. Also one day the power was out for the entire day so we had no power or water.

Location is amazing. The restaurants are excellent and the staff are very helpful- especially the manager Aiden.

The towels, mattresses and pillows desperately need to be changed. The mattress sank 3 to 4 inches, the bathroom door had water damage on the bottom, the pillows are chucks of foam. They are updating some rooms but should have done them all before putting up a new building.

Beautiful grounds, Rose did a wonderful job with entertainment. Restaurants had fantastic food.

Every night they had entertainment on the beach but it was always amplified and very loud. I loved having a balcony to sit outside on and enjoy the evening but with the music so loud I found I didn’t do that. We were there last year and they didn’t have so much entertainment. The bar staff would arrive at 6:30 am and turn on the music loud as well some days. Again, it made sitting on the balcony to enjoy the sunrise not as enjoyable.

Excellent location. We could walk to Santa Cruz and La Crucita easily.
