Having to wait in a line each day for a dinner reservation is ridiculous and took away from our experience. The lack of ability for kids to "play" in the pool was over the top.

The breakfast buffet was excellent each morning and the staff everywhere was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean. Cleaning staff did a great job each day!

The service in the restaurant casona is not good. The staff is friendly, but needs some training. We waited 30mins to get drinks and more than an hour to get our food even though the restaurant was only half full. They were serving the guests over the table and not going to each guest to bring the food and drinks ...

Wifi in the suite was hit or miss. Some days it was great, other times (especially in the evenings) it was virtually non existent.

The one bedroom suite we had was spacious and super luxury. The staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Great place to relax.

The all inclusive is getting too high to make worth purchasing, Plus we love the good restaurants on the south end of Bucerias that are right on the beach.

This is our favorite resort by far! we’ve stayed here 4 years in a row and plan to come again next year with our daughter, son inlaw and 2 granddaughters. Its very relaxing and has two big pools with a bunch of lounge chairs to soak up the beautiful weather.

The breakfast through room service wasn't up to the standards the other restaurants were, our food was cold by the time we received it.

Hugo also greeted us at the beginning of our stay and brought us a tequila shot to start our trip off right! The Steakhouse was the only place we went to for breakfast and the food was delicious and service was perfect. I liked the ambience of the cello player and pianist! A few people that stood out were Fidel, who set us up with our beach and pool chairs and Santana, who remembered our drink orders each day!

The sales pitch on the day after my arrival was a bit of a surprise. Some of the prime beach area reserved for owners. Which I understand but I had no idea it was that type of property. I must have missed the fine print when booking on Booking.com.

Property was well laid-out, well maintained, and very clean throughout. Staff were all very professional, attentive, and helpful. Michael in La Parrilla set the tone for my stay: I arrived late in the afternoon and needed to eat after a long travel day. La Parrilla was closing up but Michael invited me in, made me feel very welcome, allowed me to eat with no pressure due to their closing. Very professional. Excellent start. I ended up eating all my lunches an early dinners at Parrilla getting great service from Santana and Michael. Superb staff. Breakfast was served in La Casona, I ordered a la carte, Lorena looked after me every day of my stay. She too was very attentive, professional and accommodating. I would definitely consider returning to this property. Excellent staff.

I couldn't have been happier, except for the last day. We had paid for all inclusive and on the last day, we asked for a late checkout. The hotel was less than 40% full and they charged us $150 USD extra for the late check out, which was disappointing.

The staff were wonderful. Daniel at the pool was amazing; attentive and friendly. Also, in La Casona, Santana and his team were also lovely.

Some of the staff could not speak English at all so we had to wait until someone else came to be serviced. but there were a lot of English speaking staff so we did not have to wait for too long.

I loved how helpful all of the staff was. They were all very kind and attentive. They remembered our names and when I lost my ring in the sink, they immediately were able to get it out. One of the best spas i've ever been to!

There was an electrical outage one evening that lasted a few hours. Luckily it occurred during our dinner so we just hung out in the restaurant enjoying the sunset.

The restaurants offered a great variety of excellent food. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and the rooms were roomy with great closet space.

I did not appreciate the hotel trying to upsell my reservation by trying to get me to buy an extra “ Club Card” that would give me an extra percentage off services and tours etc!! I was tired after a long day of travelling and we got pulled away to a separate desk after our checkin so that we could spend more money!! it was not a great first impression!! It was on a public beach and the vendors were very aggressive with their sales, I didn’t mind the artisans but the vendors trying to sign you up for beach massages were relentless… you couldn’t take a leisurely walk for 5 min (with headphones in listening to music) without being forced to make eye contact and answer them!! As well as the horseback riding was non stop and sometimes the guy would sit on the beach facing the hotels and the people trying to enjoy the beach lounging and block the beautiful beach views. It forced me to think about how those poor horses are made to walk up and down the beach in the blazing sun all day long!!
