Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, or something similar at times. I think it came from inner courtyard/parking. But it went away after a while when we closed the window. It would have been nice to have smaller towels for the hands and the bathroom floor

The rooms were very noisy. You could hear people talking in the corridor and also the starting of engines in the underground car park.

The covers had a couple of strange stains, you know what I mean, at night the area looks a bit dangerous, take precautions, since the area is somewhat lonely

The employees are very helpful, their room service is cheap, there is a metrobus, trolleybus and metro station nearby.

The internet is terrible. God down every 20min or less. Room service very poor, I ordered some fried egg they give m scramble and the menu need more options. And the connections next to bed any of them work it. They should check it.

WIFI: I work remotely and the WIFI is spotty at times. The bed: The bed and pillows are a bit more firm than I prefer. No coffee in room. it was a little disheartening to see adult related channels on the TV. Gave the hotel a bit of a seedy feel.

The Location: First the location is a bit far from tourist areas but close to airport if that is important. There are many local restaurants and places to eat. Just walk a street over. There’s banks close by and a large grocery store nearby. The area is in a very non-touristy area and is more a Mexico City neighborhood. I did not get any sense that the area was any more dangerous than any other parts I’ve been in CDMX. The Hotel: the rooms are big. Room was cleaned and made up nicely everyday. Parking is available if needed. Staff: the front desk ladies and cleaning ladies were friendly and very helpful with any requests.

Not many restaurants close by, far from historical center, the pillows are very hard.

Big rooms, big bed not all comfortable ask to check first some beds hare very hard. Tv with English channels, and 3 channels with porn ?

The wifi was a bit spotty in my room, it would cut in and out a bit. Not too bad tho.

Extremely good value for such good rooms. Rooms are very large and spotless. Good water pressure and hot water, bed comfy with good linens and towels. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean.

As a tourist in Mexico it’s not the best location to visit and do things and the area didn’t feel super safe at night. But it’s very close to the airport so that can be convenient for some people. Wifi is ok but not the best...

Staff was generally nice although they did not speak English which was a bit hard for comprehension at time but we manage because they were always trying to be helpful. Room was a good size and confortable. The bathroom was good and clean. We didn’t have any problem.

It appears all windows lead to the centre of the building, so no natural sunlight, but this is a minor.

The location was good, not far from the underground train network. The train went straight to the airport. Which was handy.

I don’t like the cafeteria lady who asks me for money to cut my aguacate. I have to pay for a courteous service. One bottle of water for two people. This was absurd and bizarre. There was no breakfast at all in this place. This is not to be recommended.

Loud construction noise early in the morning & bathroom smelled of sewage for the first half of the stay. Despite the large room, there was not even a mini fridge.

Disappointed to say the least.

It was a nightmare. We chose this hotel because it was supposed to have "secure private parking". Nothing of the kind! They have underground storage, dark and dirty, super narrow, where they suggested we park the car. It was a nightmare!!! Our car is small but we had a big difficulty entering this so-called parking. In the morning even worse, we had to go all the way back in a super narrow passage, there was no possibility to maneuver inside the parking.

The window has a view on a very dirty internal yard, so practically there is not much light or nice view at all.

The hotel is very outdated, but a good option for a short stay, being not very expensive. The rooms are big enough, strong wi fi, and good private parking. The area is not very nice but if you are going to the center, it is a short walk to the metro or bus station.
