The noise from the road and the works ongoing in the hotel was a little too much. There was none in the night when we were harassed by another guest that he had a parking spot reserved whilist there was no reserved spots.

There are many negative reviews about this property. I disagree. It’s a budget hotel with a budget price—hard to find along the Pacific coast. True there is traffic but I was on the ground floor and it was no problem. True the pillows aren’t the best but ok. Fan was fine. Didn’t need AC. It was clean, room service every day, nice shower, lady at reception was very nice. The laundry was inexpensive. Was a god send for me. Best value for the price I have found along the coast.

we could feel the springs in the mattresses, but sleeping on them was more comfortable than that description makes them sound.

Close to the highway, so quite loud

Good localization - close to Zicatela beach; big and clean room, very comfortable beds. We paid a very affordable price for a couple (440 pesos)

The hotel is right next to a busy road and windows can't be closed, so be ready to have earplugs if you want to sleep comfortably, otherwise you'll hear cars honking and loud noises thought out the whole night

Extremely hot in room with only one fan on ceiling. Wi-Fi worked sometimes. Construction started on hotel 7.30am and felt like our roof was about to cave in. Pool was a weird green colour so not sure how clean. Only 1 kitchen open even though says 1 on each floor, was so disgustingly dirty we had to complain to get it cleaned. On our last night we were trying to cook food and the gas wouldn’t turn on, it’s very difficult to find a member of staff as they close early and never answer the bell. They told us try tomorrow, but we were checking out and needed to eat… they didn’t really care so much which was frustrating as we had paid for a place with kitchen and we couldn’t use it.

Ceiling fan didnt help much with the heat of the room, wasnt aware i could upgrade to ac. Wifi was pretty slow.

Location for the beach was brilliant, lady let us check in early. There is a little shop and laundry service available on site. Room was clean. There is some construction work going on at the property but doesnt affect much unless you want a long lie in.

Internet was really slow in the room. We did not have hot water most of the time. The room was also really hot and the fan did not help much.

Cheap hotel for a couple of nights. The staff was friendly and beds comfortable. We loved that there was a fridge in the room.

We initially booked a room with a fan but it was still too hot and upgraded to AC. The toilet didn’t flush in the first room with the fan. When we changed to the AC room the toilet was fine. There were a few bugs in the room. Construction noise outside. Wifi didn’t work. Pool looks smaller than in the pictures.

A little bit loud during the night because if the street directly near the hotel.

The place is nice. It is between Playa Zicatela en the centre if the city, so the ideal place to explore the city. Room service is available every day - really nice. There is also a ship there directly in the hotel to buy some things. And the Mexican people are really, really nice. Worth a visit!! ❤️

Booked a room ahead of schedule. I arrived at 9 pm. No office marked or open. finally got someone to open up. I had to negotiate the price- she tried to overcharge me and I still didn’t get the online price. WeirdFrench Canadian woman tried to kicked me out of the public rooftop area, saying it was her own private space. She had put up signs all over saying “Private”. Unpleasant!
