  • “The room itself is clean and comfortable - this part is good value for money and the pool is nice. The staff were helpful albeit a little slow for instance when we asked for cutlery to be sent to the room - it took more than 20 minutes and we asked for an extra towel and after over 10 minutes were delivered a very old and frayed towel. The location was fairly near to some of the main attractions, however the road itself was a little chaotic (and quite smelly) and the Grab drivers struggled to find a place to stop to pick us up and/or drop us off as there is also a market adjacent to the hotel, closing off the road to drivers.”

  • THE FACE Style Review score: 8.7

“I loved the face style hotel. Its one of the best hotels I have stayed in with lovely spacious and clean rooms and beautiful views of the petronas towers from the roof top infinity pool. The staff was very helpful especially the bell boy Shah. He always greeted you with a smile and was very helpful. Loved my stay at the face style and will definitely stay here again. The hotel is close to all the attractions such as the petronas towers and the suria klcc mall and the KLCC Park and other attractions are close by.”
