The room was good, but it was king room (staff upgraded our stay). So, the room wasn't match "king level".

This is a hotel I will stay at every time I come to Penang. The location is convenient and there are many delicious food nearby. The staff is also very friendly, especially JOSHUA, SOUNTHARY, JOHN and GLORIE 👍🏻

The firetruck bunk bed missing a steering wheel.

Wood flooring (no carpets please), wooden headrest for the beds, wooden framed TV and firetruck bunk bed. The size of the room. Proper 3 in 1 coffees of good quality and not some simply cheap Brad of coffee. Spacious and clean lobby with lots of clean cushioned seating. Airy.

Well, there is one thing, my wife brought a personal body powder and body odour was missing,, when staff cleaning my room on 2nd day. At my bathroom. So give a briefing to the staff very morning not to take guests belongings

The interior of my room is pretty old , and the noise isolation is not great. You can hear the sound from the next door very clearly

Room was not cleaned well, the lounger (extra bed) had stains on the cover. Bed was uncomfortable.

I complained about the aircond which was warm. They got it fixed the first night but the second day the aircond was warm again. I complained but I guess that aircond was already faulty and it was blowing warm air. Not comfortable to sleep in a warm room.

Only 10 car parking lots available on a first come first serve basis. Had to park on roadside which is not safe. Drop off area not proper, difficult to unload luggage especially if you can’t find a nearby car parking spot. Building is old, so is the room.

no bell boy to assist you handle the luggage no phone extension to call operator directly though one telephone set outside rooms for each entire floor door mat for bathroom was not provided despite reminders reception staff a little bit straight forward rather than polite or friendly

Walking distance to komtar. 16-20km to Penang hill.

The staff was unfriendly. The hotel and the room smelt really bad. Very old hotel. The bed is very hard. There was a water leak in the bathroom.
