Since hotel rooms were for us to have rest, the busking at the lobby somehow makes us felt uncomfortable. Maybe the management should relocate the busking area. The lobby is too near to the hotel rooms

Staff front counter not enough especially at peak hour so check-in/check out a bit slow 😅 - fridge in the room not cold - can I suggest mushroom soup in breakfast meal

The hotel vanity kit was not replaced the next day. Our room was not made up, coffee and tea sachets were not topped up, and a fresh supply of towels was not given. Maybe this was an oversight by the hotel staff. Hopefully, can improve on this.

The ambience is amazing. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated. The pool is big and nicely laid-out. The staff are generally polite and accommodating. Overall, a great experience.

- lot of facilities still not ready to be used yet like library, games room n the arabic restaurant. The question is why the pool games room is not accessable by children below 16 although with parents control? We travel a lot & most of the hotel allowing children under parents control, enjoying the facilities such as park royal & hard rock feringghi. The kids room is seriously not attractive. - 4days there, we dont feel welcoming because NO GREETINGS from staff, seriously we was so upset about it, 1st we was so excited to be there but its really dissappointed us. - no staff assist to find a vacant table when we went for breakfast, we need to search it ourself. Is that the service is only for VIPs?Because it happened in front of us. Is it the floor manager is the guy that sometime wearing a spec? Has he been trained about “greetings & treat” guest? And also, he keep asking the girl staff at the front desk about the VIPs order that he entertain before. - it comes to my dissappoinment when one of the staff asked & took a cigeratte from his friend during working in the dining & it happened IN FRONT OF ME when i took my breakfast. I was so shocked & the staff that took the cigarette looks so arrogant & ignoring staff. Im really sorry to say all this but our impression about this hotel was so dissappointed. Sorry, all i said its for the staff & hotel quality for the future. I dont want to mention names, but i hope its better. Some staff are very nice, the chef girl at the “scramble egg” station, the bellboy service guy when we checkout today, and the gym staff morning session on saturday. Anyway, thankyou so much.

Everything here just so perfect! All was in good condition. Service awesome. Room was so clean and comfortable. Got a lot of activities and facilities can do here, you won't be so boring. I would give a rate of 100/10!!

Bertam itself is a quiet town. Not many eatery to sample Penang food.

The hospitality of the staff. The big pool normally I wouldn't want to swim but this time got the opportunity to swim with my husband and daughter. Will definitely come again.

The position of the air-conditioner in the room was in the wrong place. We struggled to fall asleep at night as the AC was blowing the cold air near our feet and not the face, so we had to sleep upside down on the bed. Could do with more fruit selections in the breakfast bar.

Room size was perfect. All the staff were super nice and attentive especially Hasna and her Haziza and Ridzuan. All off them were super helpful and joyful to talk to. They gave great recommendations for near by eateries and ideas for our next trip to langkawi.
