Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was great, less than 5 mins walk to Pavilion and Bukit Bintang. The main roads below were not loud or busy which made our stay pleasant.

United StatesThis isn’t a dislike. I stayed here in February of this year and thought the hotel restaurant was so so. For this stay I tried the restaurant again and found the menu has been changed and along with that the food is much improved but there is always room for more improvement.
This is my second stay at Capri. They do everything right, from the Conceirge team to the staff that cleans the rooms, to the staff at reception and the breakfast offering. Everything is done with thought and care.

The old man at the concierge was busy playing mobile games instead of assisting us in our early checkout while waiting for our taxi. There should at least be a small welcome basket. We received a free upgrade to an Executive Studio Suite, which was fabulous. It was a fantastic room, great facilities, comfortable bed, big bathroom and a spacious living area. The breakfast was very good, such a big choice. Although it was busy the staff managed things very well and the chef cooking the eggs did an excellent job. The concierge team were great and booked taxis as required and offered and advise when asked for regarding travelling around KL.
