How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

They did not provide stainless steel tea spoons but only 2 plastic stirrers. That was really a buzzkill. Also, we have to ask for a laundry bag as we cannot find it in our room. Breakfast is okay okay only.
The hotel location is good. It's near to restaurants and konbini shops like FamilyMart & CU Mart. The vibe is nice too. We love the bed, it's sooo huge! (We upgrade our room to Pine Room)

We like the bed so much! The breakfast buffet was good. I did look at some other reviews saying the breakfast can be improved. Well, it will depend on your taste. For me, it is good enough.

The hotel should work with authorities not to allow loud activities till late night at the park in front. The worst happened during hari Raya vacation, the fireworks went on till past midnight from the park. Fireworks should not be allowed at CH where people go there for relaxing and away from city.
The location is very convenient, most eateries within walking distance.

The disable grib rail was not very satisfactory. Everything else was great.

The local breakfast selection was ok but the western ones are poor, the breakfast cereal doesn't taste fresh, coffee was bad, no fruits.

The bathroom needs some fixing, the tub is kind of broken, we can’t bath even though there’s a tub, so we only showered. The shower handle is very loosen, also they don’t provide shaver. The other thing was breakfast. Most of their food was canned food and processed food. Only some are cooked food. It’s not a very good breakfast. The dessert tastes very bad. It’s the most terrible dessert I’ve ever tasted.
The atmosphere was very nice, very pretty environment, the room was good, the bed was quite comfy, stuff was very helpful, they were like, straight to the point I’ll help you, they don’t say things that sounds very official or things that makes you feel like a royalty but they were straight to the point and ready to help anytime.

The room stated has bath tub and yes it have it just its only for showering so im kind of confuse if it just for showering what the used for having bathtub if you cant use it?
Its in centre of tanah rata have a lot of acces to shops and transportation.Love the environment. Peace and calm and the staff is very kind and helpfull

Nothing.
Room was spacious & clean. Bed was comfy. I really have a good sleep. There was a playground opposite the hotel. Bicycles for rent are available too. I spend the evening riding bicycle and walking around the park with my family. Highly recommended especially for family stay.

our room fan was noisy so the management changed a new room for us. there were not much of a view for us to see. can improve on facilities.
the room was big and comfortable beds were big enough for the 3 of us. the breakfast was good but not much varieties. overall was okay for me.

I think that the breakfast spread could be improved.
The room was comfortable for our family. The location is also strategic. We love the ambience at night, walking distance to the resort is the taman pertabalan tanah rata CH, it was like the i-city CH at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Shower not working properly, not a big deal though. Did i say the furnishing is old? Good n bad.
The environment is excellent, general area furnishing is great, a bit old but nice. Staff was very friendly and check in quick. Parking is ample in front of the hotel.
