We liked that it was walking distance from JBCC/Zenith Mall - the convenience is a huge plus point! The hotel was clean and our stay was really comfortable. We even tried their pool, steam room and jacuzzi. The staff at the hotel were helpful as well - from check-in where they offered us chocolate chip cookies that were still warm, to check-out where arrangements were made to resolve issues with the tv in our room.

MalaysiaAir cond seems not cold enough and hard to adjust the temperature. There were suppose to be a curtain to cover the mirror from the bathroom, too bad it’s removed and the light and shadow shown from bathroom is a little disturbing. The water from the shower area overflowed and wet the floor at the sink area.
The room is spacious enough and the twin bed is comfortable for an adult with 2 children. The breakfast is delicious and varieties. The access to the executive lounge is really convenient for me to do my work comfortably cause of those refreshment and quiet environment. By allowing children to access the lounge together while I’m working gave me the security feeling. Appreciate the staff taking effort to prepare a little surprise for my son who’s having birthday celebration 4 years once (leap year child).

The hotel front desk staff were tremendous, the executive lounge is terrific for working and the staff so very helpful, the rooms are a great size and are very clean, the bed was super comfy. Access to downtown area is but a walk and Danga Bay is a 10 min Grab ride.

Walking distance about 8 minutes from CIQ/City Square Mall. Along the way, there are eateries and 2 malls to shop and visit. The hotel was easily to locate by Grab drivers too. Staff were friendly. I love the Careline, helpful and resourceful when I needed assistance. The warm cookies, clean & spacious room.
