Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe hotel is located at the centre of Kuantan city. It is very problematic with parking since this hotel is located in front of padang MPK. Too many people park their car inside of the hotel, and nearby hotel. It took me 1 hour to get the parking after having dinner outside.
Overall is OK. Price is very cheap compare to other hotel. The environment is also happening and you can get your needy nearby. 7E market is also located besides of the hotel!

MalaysiaBooked 3 rooms. One room had problem w the AC. Were really tired that night so we didn’t want to be fussy about it. The receptionist attitude is not pleasant. Seems like he purposely delayed everything and got us waiting for around 20 mins just for the check - in process. It was an unnecessary wait because he worked slowly and took his own sweet time and talked to his friend but couldn’t understand as they’re foreigners. Was really tired and i really had no energy left to argue so i just let them be. Please improve your customer service. And the room cards condition were terrible. Looked nasty. Wouldn’t hurt to change them to new ones though, judging by it’s terrible condition.
Cheap price. Mineral water & coffee provided. Have TV.
