Quite confusing and difficult to find the hotel entrance, which is located at the third floor of the building. need to read the address carefully, all are stated there.

nearest to KK International Airport, make life easier for me. Although breakfast is provided, there are many other restaurants & cafes nearby the hotel.

I was not.mentioned that deposit of RM100 in cash and if use online transfer need to wait 5 days. The sink is leaking, the room is dirty and dusty. My kid was bitten by bugs. Upon check out, the staff need to check the room before giving back the deposit which the staff was not able to enter the room but agreed to return the deposit. Really bad experience and what you see in the photos are all deception

It's a Shop lot not hotel. Worst soundproof I've ever stayed in. There are better hotels nearby to airport than this at better price. Towel hanger broken in bathroom. No proper drainage as Water spills everywhere after shower.

Room near the busy street. No any barrier for the outside noise. You feel like sitting on the street full of motorbikes. Nightmare…

I didn’t expect to wait too long cause the cleaner and reception charge my half deposit only for the 2 spot bleeding menses I have on the comforter. What I couldn’t imagine~ is that possible for me to bring out the comforter for laundry while staying? Of course that was against the rule. And then could it be the charges because after cleaning they will not change the comforter for another people to stay?? That was no clear. That normal for women having menses and leaking, and your responsible to clean it up, for changing and the new one. Why only charges me for that comforter?? Not the towel or pillowcase or what that I use to during my stay ? That was unreasonable !

The staying was quite comfortable and pleasant for me🫶🏻

Not worth the money. It should be a RM59 hotel. Toilet Water pressure very slow. Windows no sound proff. Can here traffic and planes taking off so loudly.

I don’t like how the housekeeping entered the room without knocking first. The checkout time is 12pm, but we were about to check out at 11.30am my husband received a message requires him to key in a quick data and while he was doing his work on his laptop, suddenly we heard someone trying to open the door using a key card. At first we thought it was the next room until the door was slowly opened. i was shockingly said “Eh?!” the the door was closed again.

Book for room with bath tub..but cant use it..their management know its under maintanance but still give us that room..also water pressure at floor 8 very low..have to wait..

Bad experience during check in..was not informed properly regarding direction to room and the need to use passcode to enter room. The staff keep referring us to look at the check in guide video only which is not helping at all. The passcode was given to us late and was informed earlier regarding this.We have to wait in front if our room for more than 15 minutes with our luggage and baby..the call services also not reachable after we call several times..so dissapointing. No dustbin and tissue in the toilet.
