My complain will be the aircond is not cold enough. The shower water temperature is not consistent as the water temperature will turn hot and cold which it's annoying

Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Security is good as well. There's a nice kopitiam just at the M floor for breakfast. Lovely stay, definitely coming back.

Wifi kept cutting out on me throughout the two days. Only one chair in a room for two.

Quiet, nice staff. Elevator. Restaurants within 4-8 minutes walk. Supermarket a block away.

Parking is provided but its on an empty land which can get a bit dark at night with a lamp or two. Could be better lit, i have the concern of safety parking a night and leaving my car there at night. Nothing did happened but wish it was better lit at that area.

The hotel is clean but i did find one KFC crumb on the floor. Toilet is clean but the fan wasn't working. Bed is comfy but the pillow is a bit thick and lumpy. Staffs are friendly, the room is what we expected.

Cold airconditioning...though adjustable , but had to switch off a few times. Despite the fact that I live in countries with winters, it's different artificial cooling.here.

The shower had great water pressure, however, the water was lukewarm two thirds of our stay. Also, there is a Sunday market in the street adjacent to the hotel that starts by 7am, it does get quite noisy , as our room was facing this street. Also, parking is available a short walk away (200m), however, due to the Sunday market the area gets quite crowded, you may not get parking Sunday morning.

French hotel was a hidden gem. Well spacious room, comfortable huge bed, cold air-conditioning & well thought out room amenities (ie plug points, daily water bottles). Its a great location if you plan to walk around central ipoh town.

open space parking lot might be a bit hassle if it’s raining and you have toddlers but it’s not really a big deal. a bit distance to find malay cuisine restaurants but still acceptable

Organised a driver for us to go to Cameron Highlands and around Ipoh. Comfortable and clean. Nice bathroom

I struggled with the shower for 10 minutes before able to take bath. I wanted to use the hand-held shower, but water keep coming out from the tap below, then with adjustment, water gush out from overhead shower which got me wet. After turning off the tap, when turn on again, it is back to the tap, then overhead shower again, it is so difficult to switch to the hand-held shower.

Location is ideal with restaurants nearby, some walking distant & some just need a short drive.

The wall or door is not sound proof at all, morning was woke up by some one passed by and kept talking outside.

It was comfortable, bed was large, good service, parking space provided (although it was open car park and is park at ur own risk) Location was strategic

There was a Sunday market from 6am playing loud music and our window faced the market so was very loud. Due to this we was awake from 6am, not the hotels fault though. We had breakfast on our last morning at the hotel and even though there were signs everywhere to say they prefer card payment we had to pay cash but the hotel took 100 off us as a damage deposit and that’s all the cash we had. So we had to check out to be able to get our money back to pay for breakfast.

The lights in the room, somehow flickered, probably due to the constant on & off of the water heater to keep the water temperature in the tank constant. We're not sure, but it didn't really affect our stay. The walls are a bit thin, you can hear TV sounds and kids' laughter from another room.

The reception was good. We requested a room far from elevator, and they fulfilled our request. Even though the carpark is about 50m away from the hotel, and drizzling, we didn't mind, because of it's value for money.
