Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TaiwanThe fruits we ordered for the room service were sour. There was not always chinese speaking staff. I think it's important to have one especially there are lots of chinese travellers. Also, there was alarm during one of the nights.
The location is great. We have lunch and dinner in the hotel and it was great. I like the staff serving us free ice cream anytime we need. The staff is also very friendly.

SingaporeThe room bathroom layout - not enough towel racks, main towel rack in shower cubicle which did not have a door so after shower, there will be some water splashed in front of the shower cubicle. Towel rack in shower cubicle not accessible after shower so no place to hang the hand towel etc. In spite of effort to re-use towels, it was just not possible as there was no where to hang them after use. Ideally, the shower cubicle should have a door & the towel rack is placed outside or need additional towel racks. Hotel provides a nice clock in the room but the clock runs off power so when we leave the room and take out the card for power, the clock dies. Minor issue as the nice clock never shows the right time. This is feedback for the hotel
Perfect location, near malls and lots of food options - local & international. The gym was very well equipped for a hotel gym. Did not eat at the hotel as many other options outside. Local coffee shops 2 blocks away. Spacious room and comfy bed. Mini bar was free, just 4 kinds of drinks and a Kit Kat and small M&Ms. Sufficient and replenished very quickly. Good service from the concierge who managed to arrange for a taxi to go to airport during peak hour the morning
