Bathroom is not that spacious but you cant do anything about it anyways as long as it serves the purpose.

Location is superb. Everything is nearby. I love the room view the most which is the reason i was a returning customer. An old hotel but good maintainance.

Air conditioning not working well, set up to 16 degree, but actual achieved temperature is only 24 degree.

Location is the best, close to tourist attraction i.e. pasar payang, draw bridge and even close to KTCC mall. Food is great, easy accessible parking

heater is working but no hot shower.. the water flow is not hot at all, so when u have baby and ned to shower her with hot water u need to boil water from kettle. contact technical support, no difference after checking.

1. There was a dirty floor mat hanging by the rack in the bathroom. 2. Slow wifi.

My daughter and I were staying in KT overnite, en route to Kota Bharu from KL. The reception staff and manager were kind enough to allow us an early check-in, without a surcharge. Many thanks for that! :) The room was spacious and clean. All the facilities were functioning well. The location was great, can see sunrise from the room, and it's walking distance to the famous mall there, KTCC mall. The sahur buffet was quite good. There were ample, covered parking spaces too, so your car won't be left under the scorching hot sun.

Parking limited Toilet bowl dirty and old. Same like public toilet, can see yellow/ green stain at the side of toilet bowl 🤮 Water heater got stain - previous occupants maybe cooked rice in the heater. Got some leftover rice on the heating coil 🤮 Bathtub doesnt look clean Fridge water somehow wet. Dont know why Wifi cannot connect Bedsheet got some yellow stains Pillow was very cheap one. Even my pillow at home better Aircond the coldest you can go is 23degree Bidet in toilet was very slow Bed was stiff and hard. About time to change bed. Hurt my back (seriously)

The cleanliness of the hotel. The toilets at the reception weren’t well maintained. The bedsheets were dirty with stained. Food quality should be improved especially the local food.

The hotel's location is fantastic as all the iconic places to visit are centered around the hotel. You can get to Pantai Batu Buruk, the KTCC mall, the Pasar Payang, and the museum, mostly within walking distance or just a short drive away.

When we enter the room, noted the room not clean properly.. floor & carpet not vacuum. There is some dusts & hairs on the floor/carpets. Room smells cigarette smoke (this is really not acceptable) We need to wait outside the room about 15-20mins while housekeeper clean the room properly and keep reminding him regarding the smells. Please make sure the room is clean properly before giving it to another guest.
