Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaCleanliness: Many parts need serious cleaning up. The carpet on the walkway is dirty, full of stains and smells terrible, The bathroom is also dirty, stains everywhere. Its floor seems like it has not been cleaned for awhile. The air-cond is not working properly. It does not cool down even after being turned on for hours at high. The hotel maintenance said they were fixing it as the whole hotel had the same issue. In our third night, it seemed to cool down a bit, but perhaps because it rained outside. Overall, it feels like a hotel that has passed its heyday, and is now left to slowly deteriorate. But for budget travelers that are not too fussy with cleanliness, it is still passable.
Room: For the price we paid, the room is quite spacious, and comes with basic amenities expected in a 3-4 star hotel. Location: It's close to the centre of Kuantan. Walking distance to convenience store and eateries. Staff: The staff are friendly.
