Aircond not well functioning, at night i’m still sweating due to coldness of the AC not at good stage.

The praying carpet is meant to be on the floor but now placed on bed. The bedroom lighting isn't consistence. My colleague's room is white colour and my room is in purplish colour.

Firstly, the breakfast consisted of various variety from Asian to Western. Secondly, the bedroom is wide, tidy and clean. Lastly, the toilet is also clean and bright, it come with complete set of toiletries.

The cleaner is not doing his/her job well. Our room is not properly clean up for 2 straight days.

Location is perfect, hotel like new eventhough the building is quite old, the smell is refreshing, room size is great for my family. Overall, we satisfied with our stay and will come back again.

Not proper cleaning inside the fridge cause having lefted water bottle from guest before.room having a bit smell -bau kepam not sure from karpet atau perabot lama ( maybe can ask staff to spray refresher after make/ prepared the room) .access card were given one only, i need to ask my husband to go downstair and get another access card because if one of family members go out from room and bring access card, the room will shutdown/off.then stair beside pool area.. it look creepy( i think it not use right? Cause i see the door closed below the stair) u can see from room area😅 maybe you can ask staff to paint and clean in properly or put pot of flower

Hotel system charged more than what was on Booking.com's confirmation, and they do not accept the screen shot on my mobile phone. Not very pleasant during check-in, especially when in front of other guests. My impression was that they think I was trying to cheat. Room was not bright enough to do reading. Bed mattress sink in at the center.

Well basically there is not much thing that is not to our liking. Maybe in terms of places to visit maybe a little bit of course but not a major issue actually cause you've got Aeon Shopping Mall just close by the said hotel.

The rooms were astounding with ample space to move around. In terms of breakfast is was fulfilling with varieties of food to choose from right from the local cuisines to the western. The foyer for the guest was befitting for hotel guest and let's not forget the ample parking space for hotel guest and other patrons coming by.

Breakfast area was so foggy Servers had to open the windows for better air flow but this should not happen, not when I visited a year ago. There was a setup update for buffet breakfast whereby a special counter made for Nasi Lemak. Idea was good but they moved the noodle station to almost at the entry of the Buffet Area. We totally bypassed the area until we walked out. If the Hotel intends to let diners enjoy the noodle station, please don’t place it so far away, it’s almost align with the walk way outside the restaurant. One of the staff kept taking food from counters and walked into the back office area (behind the fry station). Unsure of his position but I was personally held up at the station because of him hogging the counter, and not just once, he was seen walking about the buffet station throughout my dining times and every time carrying plates with food and head back. Coffee machine quickly ran out of water and no one responded immediately; maybe something overlooked on fry station causing the Smokey atmosphere. One of the Servers not thrill to manage my table, emotionless when I greeted him and said “Thank You” every time when he collected the used utensils/plates. Totally opposite result was noticed when another female server managed my table. Mashed potato ran out and we had to wait and chase F&B staff and was given sour face when they served it (still within buffet timing). Apart from the personnel kept taking food to back office, I don’t really see anyone with supervisory role managing the buffet time slot. It’s bad for hospitality industry or maybe the priorities wasn’t there given that some functions on Level 6 hence leaving inexperienced staff at the buffet section. All of the above, were they caused by change in Management on Jul23? Although front desk denied on this but whoever managing needs to react, this service is not align with the Stars or Status of the Hotel.

Room quite dated. There were stains on one of the four pillows, king bed felt a bit sink in. The addl bed not comfortable, no comforter & can feel the spring.

Nothing that stands out. All is so-so.
