Limited parking space and no lift for the elderly.

Staffs are very friendly and helpfull. Waited for my arrival as I came quite late in the evening due to raya traffic. Offerred assistance to carry bags as there's no lift at the premise. Walking distance to Jonker Walk. The ambience are so nice and they preserve the nyonya style. Lovely.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing - the hotel staff prepared the our fried rice and nasi lemak but both were too salty

Room was humongous. Two queen beds - one on the main floor and another on the mezzanine - were perfect for families with children.

If I really want to be picky, maybe more choice food-wise at breakfast - but that really didn't disrupt my stay overall, so apart from that... Keep up the good work! :)

The car-park was a bit too small and there was no space for our car.

The location was perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was yummy and the staff was extremely friendly.

Do take note that the hotel does not provide tooth brush and toothpaste. There is no lift. It didn't bother us since we are used to bringing our own toiletries and were able enough to carry our luggage.

The hotel facilities were clean and tidy. Checking in was a breeze. The staff was friendly. They had a WhatsApp service to the ease of fault reporting. The hotel was strategically located at the heart of where all the tourist attractions were. It's a stone throw away from jonker street and a few minutes walk to the dataran shopping centre. Amenities in the area were convenient. Food around the area was easy to locate. The plus point is the room cleaning daily, was done with good effort.

Value for money. Room is big and clean. We got the first floor room so no need to climb the stairs after a long day. The breakfast was quite a good spread and the hotel is just a couple of mins from Jonker

Driving to park the car was a bit far and the entrance to the parking place was a bit narrow and small. However, the staff assisted to take and drive the car from the parking place to the hotel after we checked out.

The staff were friendly and approachable. The breakfast was simple but nice. The room was clean and awesome. The Hotel was near and within walking distance to eating places.
