none (but minor feedback to Hilton KK - the coffee joint at the lobby closes too early i think - 7 pm. it would be lovely to be able to have a nice cup of hot latte at 10 pm there for an easy chat with a couple of friends after dinner 😊)

warm hospitality of the staff, definitely! i felt welcomed with every interaction with the staff, thank you so much for this. the location in town is another big plus! lovely rooftop swimming pool (opens 7 am - 8 pm). complimentary parking for guests is much appreciated. oh ya, the steam room and sauna room are splendid! a must to soothe tired body at the end of a long day.

Hari Raya is a time where we seek some quality time with the family. Being in the hospitality industry the last thing we personally don't feel like doing is yet another hosting session. Hilton Kota Kinabalu provided a wonderful avenue for us to spend quality time together and being pampered by the friendliness of their team, the food and the pool ! Love it here. We appreciated the fact the early check in, the delicious food, the many gazebos and lazy chairs at the pool area and the eco friendly toiletries -Crabtree & Evelyn shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc in refillable big bottles rather than small one time use plastic bottles. A memorable, relaxing stay. Left feeling rejuvenated for sure :)

We had lunch in the hotel two days in a row and the lunch was slightly limited. A slight niggle as the food itself was flavoursome!

We adored how attentive the staff were. We left early to catch out flight and the staff prepared a wonderful take away breakfast for us. It was so thoughtful and made our stay wonderful!

The rooftop bar was a bit overpriced and was empty so little vibe but that can’t be helped

The pool and pool area was great. Beautiful setting for sunset The bed was so comfy and the hotel is close to the airport which was perfect as I just needed somewhere to crash for the night

The digital parking sucks.. X use my cards for these small.purchase esp wihh linkage to my bank accounts Attendant was the rudest zi met ..insulting customers ..make u turn and parked at shops .walked to hotel bad location for my golf set , bad policy

The air-conditioning in the lobby was set extremely low, personal opinion. Service in the pool area quite slow.

The hotel and facilities are what I expect from the Hilton. Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was extensive although it is surprising that there was no local in-season fruit offered. The pool on the top floor was great.

There are no decent restaurants or cafes around the area and you will need to either walk to the seafront boardwalk or take a grab to a mall etc. The Saturday dinner buffet was decent, but it would be great to have the food being actively warmed up, especially the trays being placed outside at the pool area.

Hotel is great and staff are amazing. Great breakfast buffet spread and worth getting as there are no good cafes or restaurants around the immediate surrounding area. Pool is great, but could do with a regular clean as water gets murky and a little dirty.

Breakfast was busy because of the number of guests over the long weekend that in the busy-ness, the restaurant staff were more transactional.

Location was accessible, parking was ample, breakfast spread was good, kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the room was comfortable.
