Very good new hotel. Nice room and facilities. Excellent breakfast with buffet and local choices. Shopping across road and walking distance to ferry for day trips to the islands.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff even came to our table to show us the menu and what the chef had prepared. They also offered to deliver the food to our table if we wanted to try it out. The location was perfect, as it was easy to access to Suria shopping mall just by crossing the street, and the shopping mall was just opposite the hotel.

I cannot fault this Hotel. Best hotel I ever stayed in in all of my travels. We had the biggest room on level 5 with a walk in wardrobe. The breakfast buffet had the most amazing selections to cater to all taste and to top it all, the menu had something different everyday. Every single day. And the fruits and chilled food were all kept in refrigerated coolers which made me feel safe to eat - hygienic and fresh. The staff were all amazing and friendly. The whole hotel was very clean. The bar and pool were excellent - great entertainment and food. Pool was great. Location was perfect. Shopping mall was just across the road and good location to catch a boat to the islands. And best of all, when I lost my ring in the pool, they did everything they could to locate it. It was finally found by another kind patron (thank you whoever you are) after we had flown out of the country. But the amazing staff at Hyatt Centric organised the return of my ring back to Australia. What hotel does that? None - only Hyatt Centric KK. We are booking this place again next time - for sure. Thank you to the staff at Hyatt Centric. Till next visit.

My only complaint was that the breakfast selection wasn't too great in terms of taste. Pastries were really good, and so was the barista. However they fell short in terms of local food, although admittedly that's subject to personal preference.

Excellent location within walking distance to eateries, malls and the jetty for island-hopping. Staff were exceptionally warm and hospitable - 5 stars to them! The pool was a great place to unwind on a humid afternoon. The view from the café was just perfect, overlooking the sea. Would definitely return the next time I'm in KK.

The property's location was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast served during our stay. However, what made our holiday even more pleasant was the exceptional service provided by the staff. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and hospitable towards their guests, which made us feel very welcomed. Their hospitality contributed significantly to our overall positive experience and made it feel like a home away from home. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

2nd time in 4 months we stayed in Centric KK . Excellent location for town /shopping / eating.Great to see small improvements like more coffee machines at breakfast for faster service . The staff is so friendly and helpful . Will come again .

Very clean, modern, amazing sunset view from the balcony. The shopping mall is just across the road and the night market is only 7 minutes walk away. Lovely stay and will be rebooking when back in KK next time.

The location was great. Right in front of Suria Sabah mall, walking distance to Gaya night market. Definitely a worthy stay. The hotel interior was spectacular, the smell (diffuser) was pleasant and the best are the hotel staff; they were so friendly and helpful!

Fantastic hotel. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and well planned. The staff were very friendly, attentive, polite and professional. The bed was very comfortable. The pool on the 23rd floor is just amazing with a view of the water on one side and Mt. Kinabalu on the other. Beautiful bar with wonderful staff and very good cocktails on the 23rd floor as well. Very well located within walking distance of many good restaurants and shops. This hotel is exceptional value for money and one of the best we’ve had the pleasure of staying in as of late. Highly recommended.
