Our room is at the 1st floor in the new addition building. Quite far when you travel with elderly using wheelchair.

Nice sea view. The additional building has that groovy vibe to it! Clean bath, good size room. The food is delicious!

Bear ini mind this is an old hotel. Thus, the furniture, the bathroom are quite old but still look decent and acceptable. As far as I know, there is no access to the seashore. If you stay at the chalet, the café for breakfast is quite far from your room.

I stayed at the chalet facing the sea. Very nice sea view. I like the swimming pool since it is big enough to cater all the visitors. The breakfast provided was not bad. Plenty of parking lot around the hotel. The hotel located next to the Pantai Morib where various of local foods were sold there. But if you still want to enjoy your Starbuck, McD, Subway etc., Pekan Banting is about 15-20 minutes from the hotel.

Not well maintained (i mean the other facilities like the field near the sea). During my stay, my room was tripped. But front desk are helpful and take fast action.

During the peak period, only 1 staff to handle the check-in. The room was not ready by the time of check-in. The Pucuk Paku restaurant to serve breakfast is very packed but the food to-pup and table cleaning took some time to be completed. The staffs at the restaurants are not really welcoming. Gym are locked, seem to need to rqst with the front desk each time to use. And the shower water pressure was very low, and our room toilet door's locks were broken. Also, there are no lift in the whole complex.

The facility is quite outdated with old building(especially Block C, our room) and old furnitures, but hotel did refurbished it, so everything looks fresh. Block C is quite separated from main hotel complex, if you are staying during the non-peak period, it is quite scary. The beaches are not for swim but the open space at the back of the chalet is suitable for some family activities like camping, playing football etc. the pool is the main attraction here. The breakfast variety is moderate, and acceptable. The hotel is very near to Dataran Morib which is the main beach area, and there are plenty of restaurants available here. Overall, a good stay for a short vacation with family and friends.

The seaview chalet was great. Had a nice relaxing drink at the balcony overlooking the ocean. Amazing huge swimming pool with a nice well maintained landscape Nice Malaysian breakfast The small mini zoo of rabbits, birds, tortoises definitely an extra touch.

Cleanliness could be better

Pool is huge and not crowded. Kids loved it. Stayed at the chalet with nice seaview. Limited breakfast choice but we are fine with that. We drove to Pantai Klanang and bought fresh prawns and fishes.

Room 217. Moldy smell once i enter the room. Mold on ceiling and on wall. Tv reception very poor. Drip stains from aircon can be seen on the woody trim on the curtain. Cracked tiles near toilet bowl. Aircon-not well functioning. Minibar not cold enough. Corridor light and outside light near the stairs are not functioning. Very dark and difficult to go up and down the stairs at night.
