Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room still wasn't clean after the second cleaning, and I had to clean it myself. Bedding looked grungy and stained. No power outlets near the bed. Get to breakfast early because they don't clean the tables between guests; they only clear the dishes.
Staff were helpful and responsive when I first checked in and let them know my room wasn't clean. They sent housekeeping immediately with apologies. Location is good for walking to restaurants. Free, secure luggage storage. Security in parking lot. Good variety at breakfast. Good lighting over the mirror in the room.

MalaysiaRoom is visibly dated.Toilet flooring and wall were only overlayed with vinyl stickers (?) which has already peeling off. Parts of the room was not cleaned properly - the glass top table has food sauce or something and toilet bowl has seen better days.
Easy check in and out process. I arrived earlier than expected but the host was able to accommodate an early check in. Facilities are good - heated shower, bidet, complimentary toiletries, welcome coffee, elevator, wifi is slow but works fine,, tv is poor quality but got some free to air channels. Overall good enough for the price.

MalaysiaJust happened to experience the children's noise next to our room who was crying and screaming in the middle of the night but so far we had a good sleep afterwards. The parking inside the compound is limited but can park around the hotel with security guards on duty. The hotel paid parking from 8am-12pm.
Everything was just nice and comfortable for our 2 day trip in Ipoh. The location is strategic. The room is cozy.The bed is comfy. We love the water pressure and got a bath tub. The TV channels are quite good. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
