We booked a room for 3 guests but the stuff provided were meant for 2 Eg bottled water, hot drinks provisions, cups, & slippers. This might be overlooked. But we were thankful that the room service staffs were friendly & quick to look into our needs.

The spacious, clean and pleasant ambience of the hotel lobby and rooms. The good view of the sun set overlooking the huge windows from the lift landing area (high floors) The approachable and prompt service by the hotel staff esp the room service. The nice cupcake as a welcoming gesture fr the hotel. The parking space and availability of security personnel.

The room was spcaious, the hotel cater to our request on anniversary deco for our parents, overall nice experience here in this hotel. Breakfast was superb, nice refreshing smell upon entering hotel. Loved our stay here

Efficient check in, took three rooms with two of them were connecting room. Checked in slightly earlier at 230pm, the staff Amy managed to find a room for us as the room assigned was not ready. The housekeeping staff were smiley and they greeted us whenever we crossed path.

We had requested for interconnected rooms. one of the two rooms we booked wasn’t ready upon check in at 3pm. not sure why the room had a smoking smell but it cleared after a while. Thankfully, the staff allowed earlier check in for one of the rooms so we could rest in there first. we also waited a while (20mins) during check out.

It wasn't too big an issue, but the draining systems in the shower cubicle and 1 of the basins weren't working too well. It started flooding quite easily, so we had to turn it off very quick & often.

Upon check-in, our room got upgraded to a king sized bed suite, which I'm super thankful of. It's a cozy room with super spacious walk-in wardrobe + bathroom! The breakfast for 2 mornings were up to par, with different varieties and spreads over the 2 days. The staffs in Cafe BLD, the breakfast place, were extra friendly and accommodating, a tiny shout-out to the freshly-squeezed juice station, my mum loves y'all. Also, the staffs attended to our room service and housekeeping requests were accommodating too.

There's room for improvement for the sound insulation. You can easily hear your neighbours opening and closing their doors, can even hear them clearly when passing by their doors. It can be kind of irritating if you're a late riser and the housekeeping activities have started.

Excellent cleanliness, didn't spot any stains or layer of dust. Staff encountered are all friendly and professional. Air-con, water pressure/temp are all good. Lots of food options around hotel, plus there's a night mkt very near to hotel, on sun night.

The room was cleaned b4 I returned the check out card. I intended to go back to the room after breakfast, but the room was already cleaned, therefore I had to use the lobby toilet.

The breakfast was not that fantastic. Large variety of food but they were mostly served cold and of average taste. That was unexpected of a 5 stars hotel. Thus, it was not worth it to pay for that kind of quality and standard.

Nicely furnished property. Receptionist were friendly, approachable and helpful. Hotel rooms were well-maintained and equipped with the necessities.

The room, toilet clean and pretty. Smells good when we enter the room us a plus point too. The food during our dinner buffet in BLD Cafe was great too. Sushi choice can be better. Oyster was superbly good!

The coordination took sometime to verify breakfast entitlement. Usually hotels include breakfast however the issue arise frm Booking.com and Renaissance where the system can’t trace accurately and the hiccup happen.

I liked mostly everything...they allowed me to use the swimming pool while the rooms were getting ready.
