We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaNo hand soap for the sink to wash hands with so I always either buy from outside or bring my own.
Location and size of room: spacious, comfortable and has the essentials. Drinking water is always available on-site and in the room. Staff is always helpful. Laundrette and convenience store are just next door, and traditional Malay food restaurant which opens for breakfast is just around the corner from the hotel (2-3 minutes walk away). Malls are within 3-5 minutes walking distant.

Malaysia1) Power supply keep switch off automatically upon going inside the room, but luckily the maintenance manages to resolve the issues within the short timeframe. But nevertheless, the hotel maintenance should have scheduled checks on every room to prevent unnecessary inconvenience to the hotel guest.

MalaysiaAircond was quite bad. Room feels like an oven when i checked in and the aircond took nearly half an hour to be at the required level. Hotel parking is not a lot and access to the basement carpark is rather scary and there’s a possibility of bumping your car to the row of motorbikes.
