so many beds in the dorm room it was hard to sleep with different noises and people coming in at different times. Was told I would get the deposit back for my town but then once returned I did not. I booked another night online and then they told me I couldn’t stay because they were fully booked

nice communal area with the tv, nice chilled place to sit. free coffee until it ran out and was never refilled. free water but it was warm water. no shoes allowed in bedroom made it feel cleaner.

bathrooms could REALLY use more frequent cleaning. in a place that has that many guests, daily cleaning should be a minimum

the place is beautifully decorated with lots of indoor alcoves full of plants. great layout!

Cleanliness is superb.. very clean. I had never been to any guest house. I was very worried about cigarette smoke smells. I am very surprised that ,from the lobby up to the room the smell was great. Refreshing . No smoke smells at all ! The room was very clean. The interior was amazing. My kids enjoyed the fish , I enjoyed the scenery and design. The staff were very friendly! Location is great ! The mattress is absolutely "Wow" !!

It definitely needs some renovations and a little bit more care, especially in the bathrooms. Has the potential to be incredible, so it feels a little overpriced for what you get.

The room was very clean and comfy. Strategic location for Chinese cause got lots of chinese food nearby. Walking distance to almost all attractions. Very convenient. Host is nice and helpful too.

room without table and got a smell. I can only do some work at their air well public area. no fan and no public use plug point.

the staff is kind enough to exchange my room downstairs to the room upstairs which has a window facing the air well, better sunlight like in their photo, because downstairs room is very humid and dark.

walls are thin and can be noisy when people walk with heavy feet on the wooden floors/bang doors but not the hotel fault as they had signs up to keep quiet. only one socket in the room so had to remove lamp to charge phone but not the end of the world.

Good location. good aircon. Warm showers and complimentary toiletries. Room was basic but did the job for a short stay. very secure with key cards. we stayed in private room with shared bathroom.

fab location, slept really well. shops, sights, mall all within 2/3 minute walk. Grab for £3-5 to everywhere else. good WiFi. nice little areas to drink a free coffee and chill, good WiFi too. budget hotel but was happy there
