i had the 33msquare room, i feel like another armchair would have been nice to lounge in the room, one was on the armchair and the other was on the desk chair, it is not relaxing

Coffee maker not working very well. Should hv provided two coffee cartridges (not one) for two persons. Only one chair in the room for two?

Pool is too small for the Hotel with only 5 sunbeds. You need to put a deposit of 300 RM down for the room for no reason. No 24 h reception ( which might cause trouble getting your deposit back)

The accommodation is in a very good location. The main attractions can be easily reached on foot. I particularly liked the cleanliness and the friendly, helpful staff. Thank you for everything - if I come back to George Town, I’ll choose SAVV Hotel again.

Loved my stay here in this hotel! It is a medium to high budget but worth it for being right in the middle of things, a short walk from the ferry and right next to lots of George Town's restaurants and street art. The staff here were thoughtful and very helpful with any requests I had. They went out of their way to point me towards local festivals and nearby attractions worth seeing. Wifi was great for working, zoom calls and internet work. View of the sea from the room was also really nice to Would recommend highly!

Thin walls meant I could hear the screaming kids next door. Pool is for dipping at best and the deck chairs were always taken by 4pm. But it was empty in the mornings though so I just enjoyed pool time then.

Large clean rooms with a very comfortable bed. Clean modern bathrooms and powerful shower. Great location, right by Beach St so you can walk everywhere.

We never ate breakfast on site so I can’t speak to it, but the menu seemed limited. There isn’t a restaurant on site so it’s just breakfast, and I think this is more of a courtesy, they aren’t actively promoting it.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel gardens are a nice touch of nature in a busy city, and the pool while small is relaxing. Our room was clean and comfortable with a huge king bed. A bonus to the hotel is that the tap water is double filtered making it drinkable! Plus the AC stays running (if you want) when you leave the room. The wifi worked well. The location was good, walking distance to many attractions. Hotel feels secure, parking is covered and there is a security guard 24/7.

Pool was tiny and too shallow. Good for child not adults. Public area's like hallways doesn't have any AC. No restaurant in the hotel but there is lot of good restaurants near by !

They upgraded our room and that room what we get was so perfect! What a view from windows! Clean and big room with nice bed and pillows. You can drink tapwater in the room. Great A/C in the room. Staff was so great and helpful. Nice tropical pool area. Excellent location, near ferry and Georgetown with lot of good restaurants. Worth of money!
