The smoke alarm going off in the night because some selfish person chose to smoke in their room, it would have been nice to be told what had happened (not have to ask a couple days later)

Location is perfect. Very nice building and room. No big complaints at all. With breakfast, it would have been perfect.

Although the pool and outdoor area is stylish and nice and green, the pool itself is too shallow and quite small. The outdoor area could be given more atmosphere with quiet music and an active bar, which was unstaffed when we were there. The hotel isn't as stylish as much of the boutique hotels across Penang.

Very well located hotel, right by the jetties on the waterfront. Spacious bathrooms with great showers and big bedrooms. Nice outdoor pool area and setup but could do with more of an atmosphere. Staff were great and were able to arrange special wedding decorations for newly weds in the group.

The lobby smelt a bit stuffy and the pool was too small to really use properly, but these are very minor concerns compared to how lovely the rest of the facilities and rooms were

Everything was great.

This place was beyond my expectations ! The room was very clean and the facilities were new and well maintained. The bed was very confortable. I also appreciated the location which was close to the main attractions of George Town, you can reach the street art figures on a walking distance. The room have also a view on the sea and jetties, but not noisy at all. There is also too many cute cafes around the corner !

A bit of noise from kids from the room next door, but ear plugs sorted that for sleeping.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location near the ferry wharf. Walking distance to the old town and jetties. Air con was fantastic ( and much needed!). This hotel was SUPER clean, with a lot of attention to sanitising etc. Most impressive and a great stay.

It would have been nice to have a small bar for drinks around the pool.

Savv Hotel was a great find in a great location in Georgetown. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Even when our safe had an error, the manager returned to the hotel at 10:00pm to fix it. Very good customer service.

We took a walk to have breakfast after checking out, but before leaving with our car. It was about to start raining and the receptionist kindly offered a hotel umbrella to take with us.

They work from 8 am till 11 pm. No assistance at night, but it is not a problem at all.

Great location, I could see the water from my single room, looking over to Butterworth. The bus station was very close and I could catch the free town bus or any of the other bus services there. There is a fabulous little bakery just around the corner, a large food hall just down the road, and a service station across the road. The was an area by the pool with chairs and tables you could use, although construction is currently happening next door so it was quite loud. The pool is small but fine for cooling off. Being able to fill my water bottle from the tap was awesome!
