We requested flowers on the bed for our check in in advance with a payment also done in advance. However, on the day of check-in, the receptionist told me that they did not have flowers and staff responsible for this were not working that day. Then I insisted several times on it as I requested it in advance. However, the receptionist agreed and then told me I had to pay again. I already told him before that a payment was already done, eventually I had to show proof. Before someone checks in, please check if someone has made a reauest in advance and take care of it. We wasted a lot of our time there because of this.

The aircon somehow is not as cold as what usual hotel's temperature. With thick blanket, it can get a bit stuffy at night. Maybe because of too hot weather in Prai.

Its my first time in this hotel. I got upgraded to 2 bedroom apartments, which is nice gesture. I initially declined as i really dont need it. Still hotel insist. Cleanliness is tip-top, bed is very comfort, location very convenient, parkings are abundant.

The lift takes ages, and also appreciate if the hotel could provide praying mat. I asked for a baby cot during booking but there is none delivered to my room.

The room I booked (2-bedroom executive) is equipped with useful amenities for family stay; washer dryer, crockeries, fridge, iron & board. The air conditioners works good and the hotel is not stingy with its shower kits (shampoo and soaps come in normal sized bottles).

Breakfast. Plus pool area was not monitored and nighters was there and food / drinks facility around the pool area. Pool on the other hand was excellent. Clean and very nice .

The room is spacious with a small kitchen and living room. Also, looked new with nice lighting.

Although the rooms were very clean however the parking amd walkways can be improved.

The staffs were excellent. Special mention to Runa who tried her best to find me a halal noodle restaurant.

The air-conditioner that we had in our room needed to be serviced as it didn't cool the room. However, the living room air-conditioner worked wonders.

It's a very strategic location. A nice place just to relax. Would definitely coming back. The room is huge and comfortable. Everything was good.

This is my second time with Citadines (the first one was at Georgetown branch). I've loved Citadines since then. Everything is perfect.

The water dispenser sink could improve as many water spills when people are refilling their drink water supply

Parking lot is directly connected and accessible to the hotel floor levels. Luckily there's a security gate being installed to enter into the room levels. Breakfast selection can be improved.

Convince location with many good restaurants around the vicinity. Clean and comfortable room.

Breakfast is not at all impressive. I’m okay with the limited choices but they are cold and messy. Apartment does not have enough hooks for towels and clothes.

When we arrive, the receptionist informed us that they did not have our booking. Thus, they had contact Booking.com to verify our booking and that took almost 30min. Parking lots in front of the property is very limited.

The property is close to the main highway so it was convenient for us to go to different areas of Penang including the Georgetown via the bridge. The unit that we had comes with a living room and 2 bedrooms. It was very spacious and very clean. The view from the rooftop pool is awesome.

The room is incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and fully functional with a convenient washer and dryer. Additionally, there is a paid self-service laundry available. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a microwave and all necessary cooking utensils. During our stay over Ramadan, breakfast was served promptly at 5 am and was quite satisfying. Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to utilize the enormous swimming pool, but we will definitely make a point to do so next time. We look forward to returning and making the most of all the amenities available.
