We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Friendly Staff and Honest (I left my wallet in the lobby and they called and keep it for me). Clean room and lobby, nice rooftop infinity swimming pool, and jacuzzi. Good wifi internet connection. My room at 38th Floor and the view was awesome.

MalaysiaThis is my 2nd time stay in this hotel, but this time i found that the bedsheet is smelly when i plan to sleep at 11pm. Housekeeper went home, the counter send a nice guard to change the bedsheet, at least they solve the problem.
The spacious room is what i love the most Secondly the Sunset view from hotel is the best!
