No free Parking for hotel guests. Guests need to pay RM10 each time going out from the basement. Not enough towels provided at the swimming pool and no staff available at the swimming pool.

The pillows provided on the bed were too soft and lumpy and we could not sleep comfortably during the night until we got used to it. Would recommend that the hotel provide firmer pillows to their guests. Was the only complaint for an otherwise almost perfect stay.

Excellent value for money - located in KL city centre, friendly staff and there are restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, plenty of amenities were provided in the living room, bathroom and kitchen and they were all clean and useable. Underground parking was also available on the facilities, albeit at a flat rate on a per entry basis.

-small thing is that the roof doesn’t correspond to the displayed photos nor what you read on the internet. there is a new building being constructed which blocks the view , so if someone likes to book for the view , there is nth visible apart from office buildings. -would really have appreciated complimentary water bottle instead of a water machine

-really spacious , living room - sleeping room - closet room and bathroom with shower+ bath separately -nice swimming pool and basic gym on the top floor -staff were awesome , assisted to let me early check in and late check out , very much appreciated -simple breakfast included , upon check in they kindly asked western / Asian or vegetarian meal ; I opted for Asian and they provided everyday sth different . -wash- and drying machine in one was really a plus so you can bring back clean clothes home

The tv is not equipped with HD movies. There are alot of hotels providing smartview tv with HD features. The available shuttle services route and available time services shouls made known to in house guest upon check-in. It will be good if the car parking fees reduce to Rm5 per entry.

Strategic location in the heart of KL city. The staff is friendly and the unit is tidy with good maintenance. The food available option is unique for hotel service apartment. It will be good if there are more food options available.

The breakfast stated in booking.com says will be send to my room but we have to collect it ourselves at the lobby and it tasted quite bad.

The entire suite was very spacious. Plates, glasses, cutleries, refrigerator and microwave were available. Our water heater broke in our first room but the staff were quick to address the problem and arrange for a room change.

Room hot shower not working in one of the bedroom but we didn't ask for fix it up because we have another one to use. Water leaking from ceiling resulting water scatter on the dinning table. Too small space at car exit for car length almost 5m........challenge your skills

The breakfast is only packed with limited choices of meals. The parking is charged for RM10 per entry.

Perfect stay for family. Fully equipped with washer, dryer, cooker and microwave oven that functioning well. The staff is also very friendly and helpful too.

There is ants in the kitchen, so you guys need to do more pest control. Then, a left over fries was spotted underneath the single bed.

My 2 bedroom apartment is just right, but a king sized bed would be even better.

Breakfast a big no.. 4 people staying and each day they gave 2 packs only. Menu not a breakfast menu at all. Kids ignored in the menu completely. Swimming area completely un attended.

The breakfast needs to b improved. I would have liked a proper breakfast rather than packed one.

The service provided by the staff starting right from arrival to departure was outstanding. As soon as our car pulled in someone came to help with the luggage. The check in process was efficient and we were shown our rooms within few minutes. The room came with a lovely note from the housekeeper who prepared the room. We had booked a two bedroom apartment. The bedrooms were big with closets and ample space. The master bedroom came with a TV and a desk to work from. Each room came with toilets, and the masterbedroom had bathtub overlooking the city. The kitchenette was fully equipped. We cooked and baked during our short stay. The living room was very spacious and the dining table could easily fit 6 people. The pillows and beddings were soft, the towels clean and fluffy, and came with all the amneties. The housekeeper on our floor cleaned, refilled and replaced things everyday. My absolute favorite was the water refill stations on every floor. The room came with a jar for water and we could refill it in hallway. The rooftop pool big, clean, has lovely view of the city. The supply of fresh towels never runs out. We never used the gym but it does have the same view as the pool.
